Warm room and comfy bed

Smell in the bathroom, possibly drains?

Location was perfect in the town centre. We had a luxurious room and utilised the excellent in room laundry and kitchenette. Staff were so helpful in every possible way even locating a nearby OPSM for emergency fix. Highly revommend.

Wonderful location in downtown Ivercargill. New Mall accross the road and lots of nearby restaurants. Spacious room, comfortable, bedding, friendly staff.

Furnishings could use some updating. The view out my window was over a back alley with lots of graffiti and garbage dumpsters below that were emptied in about three in the morning.

Hotel in town close to restrauants and shopping. Staff very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel has an elevator.

The room was well sized. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean and warm.It perfectly met 3* expectations. Parking was available adjacent to the hotel. The reception staff were friendly. The room was bright with large openable windows so long as you didn't look at "the view'".

We don't know Invercargill, so unsure of what else is around-but the location was quite stark and uninteresting. However a few pub style restaurants were available near by.The "view" from our room was such that we kept the curtains closed!

These apartments are clean modern and great media , even dishwasher and espresso coffee loved it Probably the best I’ve had in the South island yet

Location was spot on. So many yummy food venues close by. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Can't fault the customer service. A beautiful old building it's nice to see it thriving.

Would be great if Quest paved the way by having an ice machine onsite so visitors don't need to bother the front desk team for ice.

Spaciousness.. high ceilings also comfortable bed .. and great location middle of town .. staff was great too :)

Weren’t able to open windows .. had aircon on all night cause it was stuffy .. also aircon leaked water

Not a lot. Maybe location to city centre but that was also a downside.

Location…no sound proofing so we heard everything on the street. Like a stupid person doing lapses of the streets for hours on end. Bed was uncomfortable and was too small for 2 normal size adults.

Easy late check in. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Nice room.

Small guest parking. But there were street parkings out front, free between 6PM-8AM, so not really an issue.

Close proximity to CBD. We could self cater with the kitchenette (microwave, toaster, fridge). Great water pressure in the shower. Daily servicing. Free parking.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed.

It was great

The room was super clean and fresh. Great shower water pressure. Everything you could want. Great historic building, well purposed for accommodation.Were accomodating when we asked for an extra for an extra bed to be in the living room.

The only negative was the cars on the street. But even then, it's hardly worth a mention. It's beyond their control.

Nice set up in one bedroom apartment. It was an end room so the bedroom was a little bit cold overnight, even with heat pump, but was also a very cold day. Good location. Would stay again
