Hotel Portal da Amazônia

I asked for main floor and the request was granted. Large clean room that met my needs for two nights

The location has no restaurant close to the hotel. You have to take a taxi or Uber.

Fantastic value near the airport. Great breakfast. Staff was all very helpful and very nice. We recommend and are returning ourselves in the next couple weeks.

Half a point off because the mattress was a little firm for my wife, and half a point off because it is a little further from the airport than competing options. That said, we will be back in less than two weeks because the service and value more than offset the minor things that we thought could have been better.

Near the airport with free rides back and forth, this basic but efficient hotel has everything for a comfortable stay.

Clean and pleasant accommodation. Had everything we needed for over night stay near the airport. We hired a taxi from airport to the accommodation, and the next morning receive complementary lift back to airport. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice including lovely fresh fruit. There were some dining options a short walk from accommodation. Highly recommend this as airport accommodation.

Nice convenient hotel with a great breakfast and airport shuttle. They even helped us with baggage since there was no elevator.

I liked the cleanliness, breakfast, value and free shuttle to the airport

- Convenient location close to the airport - pick-up available upon request - very clean room - good breakfast - good starting point for pantanal tours

- staff does not speak any English (not uncommon for Brazil though)

Good breakfast, free transfer to Airport

Room was small bed could have been better

The hotel is nice and clean, staff are very kind. Very close to the airport, and has a transfer with no extra cost. There is private parking at no extra cost. Breakfast is good. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is good. The bathroom has a good size.

The only missing thing was an elevator. Needed to go 3 floors with 23kg luggage by hand. My sister went with a baby, 2 luggages, 2 backpacks, and a dog. The staff helped, on our arrival, but, still, we needed to go up and down many times to get things in the car. The hotel needs an elevator.

close to the airport, comfortable , clean, and great breakfast

Comfortable, affordable hotel. Clean, comfortable room with soft beds and strong AC. Reasonable prices for mini bar food and beverages. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to local mall, which was good as most shops were closed due to there being a holiday.

AC and toilet hose leaked and left large puddles on the floor, we had to put towels down to make sure we did not slip.

Really close to the airport, the free shuttle to the airport at any time including night is a plus, clean room

Communication with the staff, some did not speak english at all!

Our second outstanding stay. If anything, the staff was even more friendly and helpful than our previous stay.

staff were super friendly and really made the experience.

Comfortable, very affordable and proximity to airport

Transfer do aeroporto/hotel é o diferencial!

The morning buffet breakfast. Outstanding.

Single room is very small.

The owner and staff were very attentive. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Da simpatia do dono do hotel.

Superb
