Slim Cuiabá Aeroporto

It was overall a very good experience, breakfast was great the staff was very friendly, I loved the fruits, nice and fresh

I understand, some construction was going on, it was a lot of noise that’s all

Its a good location if you are renting aCar ( agenxy next door)

The air conditioning didn’t adjust properly.Wifi wouldn’t connect

The shuttle service does not work at all for arrival pickups. Even when I called, no one answered the phone. I have to drag my luggage to the hotel with the help of google map. Very frustrating to see other customers dragging their luggage to cross the busy streets that don’t have zebra crossing to go to this hotel.

Coffee was great and breakfast was available early. There was a good variety for breakfast.

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The staff was very friendly. The furniture was nicely designed to hold suitcases and belongings. The windows did nicely to keep the noises from the street below out.

Location and brakefast

This hotel keeps trying to charge my card despite the room was paid on arrival. This is a fraudulent activity from the hotel. If not for having the card locked for security reasons I would had being charged more than twice

the restaurant staff person was quite rude and unfriendly. We pointed out that all of the tables were dirty and she refused to wipe any of them down. We also did not find our room to be clean, with footprints on the floor and I'm not quite sure they had even cleaned the bathroom.

I liked the location also the food .

It wasn’t clean at all , the bed wasn’t comfortable and I had to ask for a new pillow case cause mine was dirt also the toilet had pee on it the floor was disgusting

It wasn’t clean at all, bathroom was dirty I had to ask for pillow cover cause it had a smell like someone slept on it. Terrible bed . Definitely not worth for the price

Rooms need to be updated

Slim hotel and close to everything, it is in front of the airport, shopping center, with a restaurant with delicious food, it is one block close to the hotel, the huge market in front of the airport with a restaurant. Perfect for holidays.

I have nothing to say about the hotel, exactly, everything we needed, they resolved quickly.,

Price. Convenient location.

Food not very good.

Run down rooms, cockroaches

The advantage of Slim Cuiabá Aeroporto - and its ONLY advantage - is its being close to the airport, about 5 min walk. However, there are several other hotels nearby, which I guess might be much better than Slim Cuiabá.. It's definitely not a hotel I would book on my next visit.

The room has a very strange shape, with a shower in the middle of the room, without any separation, just a glass door, so when you finish your shower everyone in the room can see you go out of the shower. It's OK when you're single in the room, but not when there's someone with you.Next: There's no coffee set in the room.Next: The staff in the reception don't speak English! (except for one guy). I had to use Google Translate for them to understand me!Next: Breakfast is poor, coffee was awful, no-one to prepare an omelette for me. Next: I had an early flight (4am), I expected them to prepare a packed breakfast for me, but they never heard of such thing. Very strange for an airport hotel.

I had just returned from a photo tour to the Pantanal and our last night was at the Slim Cuiabá. As my flight was a day later, I extended my stay at the Slim for one more night. The vicinity to the airport and a shuttle service every 30 minutes makes this hotel a great choice. A plentiful buffet breakfast which starts at 5 a.m. is included!There is a big shopping mall and a large supermarket (Comprar?) within a short walking distance and a few restaurants (pizzeria, churrasceria) are nearby.

Location

Terrible acoustic isolation. After a long trip I went to sleep at 2 AM. At 6 AM I was woken up by the neighbor apartment's toilet and shower noise. Also I could hear everything else. Terrible acoustic isolation. Also cleanliness was bad.

Poor

We had to ask four times to receive infos for the airport shuttle. Infos received were not working at àç:00 pm at Cuiaba. Fortunately, we speak Portuguese and manage to have somebody from the hotel who was not aware of the existence of the shuttle. So we took a taxi. Individual travellers must be aware that in this hotel nobody is speaking english as well day or night. Only portuguese.

Location, comfort, good price.

The staff doesn't speak even very basic English.
