The sounds of traffic could be heard quite clearly in the room.

this hotel has the most amazing breakfast selection. rooms are clean and quiet. if you travel by train, its just across the street and walking distance to city center.

some guests were pretty noisy in early morning....

Love the eco- focused approach to design and operation of the facility. Beautiful design throughout, mostly comfortable with lower environmental impact options than many lodgings. Wonderful staff. The location was a short walk from downtown with many transit options nearby. Nice to have a restaurant on site for the rainy evenings when we did not fancy a walk.

The shower was a bit awkward, sort of like showering in a phone booth (yes, I am old enough to remember them). Not so bad for me, but my partner is a big, tall guy and it was awkward for him

WiFi did not always work

the hotel ist just a few steps away from the trainstation, which is great if you carry luggage. it's a very spacious hotel with nice interior Design. The breakfastbuffet is amazing and you have a beautiful view to the lake.

i booked a superior room,but couldnt use the wellness for free. and the price was a big difference from the Standard room.

The hotel was good, but not perfect. If the hotel has 4 stars you expect the quality!. But you will not get it.The hotel has a good children room there you can play with your children. The hotel has gym. That s all.The people at the breakfast were helpful.

It was a biathlon season there. The first part of World Cup. We lived there on the 2 floor with other athletes. It was completely inconvenient. The smell of socks and uniforms. IT WAS not A PROBLEM of the athletes, but the problem of the hotel that it was not fixed en resolved. Our room was not cleaned en prepared good! We had old socks from somebody en the hairy razor in the bathroom. I tried to communicate with the reception. But not has been cleaned, only sock were replaced. We stayed there 3 days en 2 night. The room was not completely cleaned, with a baby it was complicated. The spa was not included in the room price. You have to pay. You could fixed also facilities in the bathroom where washing gel and etc.ř

Excellent breakfast and comfortable beds. The restaurant , gym and spa inside the property added a great value to our stay

Stayed once before and decided to come back as it was good the first time. And the second time did not disappoint. I like the overall ambience and feel of the hotel. The spacious lobby with chill areas and the restaurant next to it provide a working downshifting environment for me. The rooms are quiet and comfy. Breakfast has lots of different options and nice view to the river area. Next to the hotel is a parking building with electric car amenities.

The hotel has a small gym room with a Smith press, dumbbells, a pulley rack, a bike and a treadmill, but there is also the nearby bigger EasyFit gym available for 5 euros per visit for the hotel guests. Unfortunately, there is only one key for this and it might not be available when you need it.

Next to the train station, easy walk to the city, the staff were all very nice.

Not great value, room cleaning cost extra, rooms are very small, kitchen closed Sunday, etc.

The area, Quietness, easy access and having wings on two sides of the hotel. and off course the ginger shots in the morning. There was also modernism in the architecture of the hotel which makes it kinda lux.

Haven't had time to use the Spa and the Gym :(I could not find any brushing or waxing machine or tool for shining my shoes which was getting muddy and dirty during winter.And self-check in was not recognising my booking.

Breakfast was nice. I also like that you have a gym.

the bed was too soft

We had an excellent stay here at this hotel. It is across the way from the train station, so it is very convenient. The hotel is large and the rooms are modern and clean. We had great breakfasts and also visited the hotel's sauna for an extra 15 euros. It had two hot tubs, a cold tub, sauna, steam room, and an "experience" shower not to be missed. A great hotel!

Clean, quite new facilities

Even we were on 4th floor, couldn’t sleep from the noise, people shouting and arguing loudly until 3 am

The room was clean and once we got the food, it was good.

While the room was clean, the TV was broken. Also the night itself did not go so well. We stayed for one night over New Year's and we went for dinner. Despite it being New Years and one of the busiest nights of the year for any hotel, there seemed to be a lack of staff. It took an hour and 15 minutes to even receive bread on our table (we did receive our cocktails after 20 minutes). Also there were no apologies for being late. We were simply told that they were busy.Additionally during the night at around 4am, the fire alarm rang and everyone had to step outside. The fire alarm was a false alarm and while I understand that the hotel cannot control if someone smokes an e-cigarette in their room, again a simple apology would have been nice. Lastly, I would recommend some flexibility from the hotel. At breakfast the next day, the waiters started packing and cleaning 10 minutes before closing to prepare for their brunch. Due to the inconvenience of the previous night, we asked if the hotel could allow people to eat for 30 minutes more but we were told that they can't because that's how they do it. This is fine but you would think that the hotel could have thought about some kind of compensation.All in all if you only need a bed to sleep, the hotel does the job.

I liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Very cozy yet busy with business travelers. The parking building is just across the street so there's a convenient access to your car. I found the room to be comfortable - pretty much standard quality in Finland. I slept well, so extra plus points for that. Breakfast had a variety on offer.

There was restaurant room service available but it wasn't clearly told in any of the room pamphlets. Had to go and ask straight from the restaurant. (The delivery was quick and nice, though.)

No bathrobe, while there is a Spa/Wellness, needed to rent this as well? Extra payment for use of the spa facilities 15€ should be included for guests.
