- The apartment looked nothing like the website pictures. The apartment was dirty. The door didn't lock. The so-called 'on site' restaurant didn't open until after dark. The bathroom was very dirty. No hot or even warm water any time of day. No kitchen. No kettle or ability to heat water. No bin in the whole apartment. One 'guest size' towel between two people for three nights. This is not acceptable. Plaster off the walls. We complained but they did nothing. The road to get to the apartment is very bad and you can't get there unless you have a 4x4.
