Hotel has basic rooms. Cleaningness was ok, staff was helpful, location ok. Also i like the food.

I missed a small closet to put clothes off the bag. A lot of carpet floor is not good for people with allergy on dust.

Cleaned and the receptionist that attended to me that night wad so helpful .. I came in late but he did everything within his power to help ..

Rooms are well laid out. There are even 2 chairs, and lots of lighting. Blackout curtains, lots of sockets near the bed. Very clean. Temperature in the room is great. Bedding and beds great quality and comfortable.

I liked everything.

The family room is small but comfortable. The breakfasts are great, a variety of things to choose from, including local treats. You can also rent a bike. The location is perfect, walking distance to the centre and the bus station, the airport bus stops just outside of the entrance.

The rooms could be equipped with a kettle and a small refrigerator.

Walking distance from City Center and average breakfast.

In hotel restaurant poor. Better to eat out.

Well situated, easy to reach, the hotel location offers the parking right in front of the entrance, but also on the back of the hotel. The EV chargers are also located in the back parking and accessible by charging app.Generous buffet breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, supportive staff.Excellent stay for one night (we were in transit anyway).

The breakfast was superb and the staff so lovely.

Coming from Portugal the room was much too cold on arrival. But after the first night the staff gave me a radiator that was really welcome as the first night I had to sleep in my coat.I would have like a flannel to wash my face and a small towel to dry it. I also would have felt more secure if the shower floor had a special bath carpet which would make me more secure not to slip.The bed is nice but it tends to slip on the side during the night. Otherwise I have no complain.

Not the best option for family travellers. The room was too small for our family. There wasn't enough space even to sit. I think the hotel administration should doble check the footage of the rooms and update that information on booking.com.

The bars and the restaurant closed at 22.00. That is early.Good breakfast.

Everything is very old in this hotel. Family room is very small if you stay more than one night wouldn't recommend this place. Worst bathroom ever, water is flooding out from the shower. Not a proper shower cabin or shower door.No room service. we stayed for three nights and they never cleaned the room until we leave the hotel.

the rooms were dated and in much need of upgrade, no coffee facilities in room, the doona cover was too small for the bed there was no over hang and room was too small for 2 people.

The breakfast is very good and included. The dinner restaurant was surprisingly excellent including their cocktails, and vegetarian options, we did not expect that in a small town in northern Sweden. You can borrow cruiser bikes for free.

It would be nice if they added wash cloths and robes. Skelleftea is a major hockey town and I could not watch the world championships at the hotel? One of the cruiser bikes had a loose saddle, hopefully that is fixed now.

The price of the room was very high. I didn't get the conference discount which would have been about half of the price.

modern. good rooms and service. gym. sauna. pool. perfect breakfast / I only missed my brie. keeping to Scandic standards. it was a great pleasure and surprise to find it in a very distant area far from Stockholm

Good location. Staff were nice and quite helpful.

The room was on the fifth floor but was very loud due to being on the side of the bar. It was not possible to sleep. Asked to be moved rooms and thankfully they had a room away from the bar available.The rooms were not too clean. In both rooms we stayed in there were stains/marks all of the curtains.The beds aren't very comfy.Although not really the hotels fault we were kept awake by noisy neighbours in the second room although this goes to show there isn't the best sound-insulation.The room, which we booked for two people, was only made for one person, with a single person blanket on the bed and only one towel hanging up in the bathroom.The breakfast was 'eh'. Coffee from both the machines was barely warm.
