Comfy beds, sauna, great common areas with tea, very tasty coffee

Maybe there is some room to improve breakfast diversity :))

Reception staff were only available for a few hours so place was closed down. We had a dog and so we ended up getting some disabled rooms. Not ideal.

Lovely room and food in restaurant both for breakfast and evening meal

Restaurant was closed, while it was supposed to be open.The room was ok, but not exactly as in the description, e.g. there should be a kettle to make hot water, however there was none in the room

Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast. It is actually a campus, not a hotel. There is no undercover walkway to breakfast if it's raining. The shower had to be pressed every 4-5 seconds for water.

Breakfast was great, very good choice.We had a very quiet night. Free parking.

No receptionist on arrival. They leave at 2pm on a Saturday, so you're given instructions on how to find your room and key. Room had no windows that opened (locked). They leave a fan for you to use. No staff visable on a very large complex.No tea or coffee facilities.

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly but limited in how they could help .

When we asked about restaurant on arrival we were told that it was closed for the night and also no bar facilities. Had to get taxi to town centre to get dinner which cost 20 euro each way. Did not get much sleep as mattress was slipping off the bed and lucky enough I managed to pull myself up before hitting the floor!!

Price. Great breakfast. Beautiful surrounding forest with walking paths. All in all, good value.

Bed a little bit to hard for me. Could hear noise, even TV from surrounding rooms.

Had the Juniorsuite and was absolutly beautiful. Was perfect for our stay. Alot of space and a comfyl bed. Really had a lovely time here. It was great valu for money.

There was a water boiler and cups. But no tea or instant coffee so was a bit wird. We got the bathrobes but there was no slippers that came with it.

Location, really kind and helpful staff, nice spa area. Really nice and calm Hotell

The bed was too soft, but that’s a personal detail. I’d completely recommend the place

they have give a room for handicapped peopleand before booking you see the pictures from nice rooms and then you get different from the training school, because is not a hotel its a training center and the guest like me from booking set on the side, they are focus on training and not in tourism sunday its close all afternoon and evening no reception no bar

the hotel was amazing! really great structure and faciilities. the breaksfast was fabulous and we love the area with sauna and pool. the room is also new and really confortable.

the place is a bit far from the center but you can manage to go by bus or taxi.

The room was teddy, super clean, and cosy. The beds were comfortable.

I stayed for 3 days, and I wished if there were a clean room service during my stay.

We stayed in a building next to reception where rooms had just been remodeled. Modern, spacious, clean and comfy. There is a tunnel to the main building where the restaurant is located so we didn’t even have to put on our coats in the evening. The restaurant was empty which really surprised us. But we learned that they just reopened this facility which also serves as a school. Dinner was one meal that they offered and the food was outstanding. Really pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and we had an all around pleasant experience.

It is a cozy hotel about 5 km away from the big Wood Hotel in the Center. During our stay we had a snow storm and everything was white all over and I was amazed how the locals would cope with this challenge; but to my surprise work went on as usual and everyone had a smile on his face: so surprising. As we had to catch the bus to the airport next day and no taxi was available, the CEO Johana (I hope I remember well her name) drove us in her beautiful Volvo 4x4 to the center to catch our group organised bus; we were soooo happy and relieved. A big big big thank again to her !
