Very friendly staff who are willing to cater to your needs. Kitchen staff are willing to whip up something special for your dietary needs or for your kids.

The curtains in the room are way to small and the staff know this, but apparently can't do anything about this. If you complain they offer some extra bedsheets, but still, close to midsummer night, I woke up each morning at 0530 due to the sun in my room. Please..... change your curtains, make them bigger and block the sun.Also, for a hotel apparently used a lot by workers, I find it regretful that no desk is available in your room. So no good place to work behind your computer while traveling.

Nobody was there on arrival, had to do the check-in myself at the reception counter. Pool and sauna were closed.Went out with my dog and couldn't get back in the room. Searched the entire hotel for someone to help out or to find a phone. Nobody was there and there.wasn't a phone at the reception. Ended sleeping on the floor in the lobby.Was exhausted in the morning from a bad night's sleep.At checkout they asked me to pay the full amount. On insisting I wouldn't pay for an unused room they offered half price. In return I offered to pay for breakfast but the receptionist didn't accept.I stormed out angrily, when I got back there 20min later they called the police on me. I ended up with about 500 sek less, exhaustion and one horrible experience richer.Wouldn't go back if they paid me.

Clean, super comfy beds, and the friendliest staff at the front desk. Breakfast had a huge selection and served in the most elegant way.

Nice Warm and Comfy Room, and Hotel - well insulated against snow and very cold weather on Day 2.Very Nice Breakfast, Excellent scrambled eggs.

Scandinavian hotels can explore having a simple coffee and tea "station" in hotel rooms. This seems to be a general trend that it is not available in hotels..?

Beds were very small, 80cm. Pillows were not good. In a 4star hotel I would expect both shampoo and conditioner to be provided (not a general hair/body wash) and there to be a bin in the bathroom

Breakfast was good. After long trip, sauna and pool was a good relaxation.

1. Hotel staff was not friendly with poor English knowledge.2. Our room was not cleaned properly - rubbish bin was not empty.3. Hot tube was dirty and with some sand in the water.In general, I would suggest to think about cleaning standards.

Good with evening meals, breakfast was good.

Very expensive, I left 1 night earlier even though i informed the desk of this in good time they still wanted to charge me.The room although comfy was hot and noisy.

plugs need updating to usb sockets, pankcakes come out at the weekend but not on a week day, no laundry facilities for washing of clothes, duvet filling was bumpy meaning old duvet

The breakfast was great, the room was really well cleaned and the staff were friendly.

I do think you need to get better blackout curtains in the rooms, though! And the mattress for the bed in room 211 was a little too soft. But I'd stay with you again.

Although the last-minute booking, the hotel has welcomed us. The room was clean and essential.

The hotel doesn't give a receipt at the check-out because they said that booking.com would have sent it. I found this method a bit uncorrect because I had to leave without a receipt and the risk to not have a refund from my company.
