NH Boulevard del Río Cali

good location, very clean, good space in the room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff.

The only thing I didn't like was the problems we had with the hot water in the room. When we were going to shower we were surprised that there was no hot water and during our week-long stay this inconvenience happened to us several times.

Everything, customers service, great breakfast, big room, and clean!Great Location!

I like everything!

Location is excellent

Especifically, I needed a coffee capsule since the ONLY one provided didn't work, between the front desk and kitchen ladies refuse to provide a simple coffee capsule. Then they did, but my first impression was terrible.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Each person working at both the reception and the restaurant was wonderful. ?

The building has a square layout with a central interior hall. The guest rooms face this hall, which functions as a restaurant. Staff begin preparing breakfast very early in the morning, and the space remains active and noisy throughout the day and night. The noise from the hall is easily heard in the rooms. Although there are main doors separating the rooms' hallway from the restaurant, it is consistently left open.

Great Location, staff , food and Awesome Customer service from Entrance, Front Desk, Restaurant Room Service!

No frills yet clean and tidy.

Extortive minibar and breakfast prices.

staff, the hotel is very welcoming. clean. good breakfast and food. In the room there is coffee, tea, bar. very good facility. The location is very good. This is the second line of NH hotels we have stayed at. I highly recommend them.

The location and the fact that it was quiet and away from partying.

Rooms weren’t refreshed promptly during the 3 night stay unless asked. The same dishes were left unattended in the hallway that led to the rooms

The rooms were so spacious, clean and it was a treat to get to go back at the end of the day to a comfortable kind bed. I felt like it was home away from home. I stayed a week and the ladies at the restaurant were so wonderful, they went above an beyond!

Breakfast was good. Service is good

My room was at the front, the road noise was very annoying. Asked for another room, but hotel was full.

The value of money is extremely good. The room is huge and clean. The location is prime; closest to the main party street, important attractions, and good restaurants.

Very comfortable hotel. Very well located. Staff very friendly and responsive.
