Park V

Clean, not expensive

Far from the airport

Location great, nice staff, clean awesome, modern. Building, safety inside is great, many video cameras

The only thing maybe is that I need to request to open the door when leaving the hotel, but I think it was for my own safety

Great location accommodating staff

Ac in living room

The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were modern and always clean.

The breakfast could have more choice.

Friendly staff, great location. Very accommodating and flexible.

The sofa bed was a little unfortunate, but no complaints.

This hotel is a newer building and looks great inside and outside. The bed was a king and had excellent comfort for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was excellent and the shower had plenty of hot water for a long relaxing shower.

Well located and comfy bed. Good quality per value ratio.

Breakfast were the same, unfortunately not as good at the staff attention.

Very good customer service, the room was great.

The parking arrangement is horrible due to the city traffic

The room was a good size and clean. The aircon worked well, and the location was pleasant.

Check-in was very slow. If the front desk was unstaffed, there was no way to leave or get back into the building. This meant waiting considerable time outside in the heat for someone to arrive and open the door. It could also be a safety issue if you had to leave the building in an emergency.

The terrace view is nice. The room was comfortable and big. The apartment was very clean. Personnel is friendly.

The breakfast was simple and without variety

Fantastic place - exactly as the pictures and description say. Reception staff and restaurant staff were superb. Very friendly and helpful. Loved it. Super size suite. Lovely towels and very comfortable. Super close to the bus station.

Breakfast of eggs, fruit, bread and coffee. Location right next to park, short walk to bus terminal & av. sexta.

Traffic noise was too much during the day is too high. No other issues.

The installations

The food and the reception workers

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We were a group of about 40 people. They were very accommodating in assigning the rooms so we were all close by. The hotel has a terrace where breakfast is served. After that is a great get together spot.We would definitely go back.

Great location. Quiet. Clean. Good for a long term stay! Helpful staff.

Breakfast should be renamed a "continental breakfast". Ie. Bread, jam , cereal with coffee/tea.Restaraunt/bar needs pot plants and flowers. It could be so much better!!!!!!

overall the place is good and in good location. for us, the breakfast was included but it’s not like super fancy. Someon

the room had some smell like humidity

Hotel moderno, amplio, luminoso.

nice and spacious, air con

missing glasses/cups in the room

breakfast was great and the location was good.

that the beverages were for sale and I didn't know until the last day I was leaving only to know that I owe for them. atleast it could have been said on the day that the hotel provides beverages with a cost.

The staff was the best part of my stay, love the breakfast, eveything was clean.

I wish the beds were bigger at least a full size bed with a better comforter and also a wall mirror outside of the bathroom should be a must.
