Very nice and updated friendly staff members

The noise, they had private parties every night that lasted until around 3:30am. When I say very very loud it was horrible. You couldn't sleep peacefully because of it.

The hotel and the amenities were great. The pool was warm. Beautiful hotel.

The food was salty and they don’t know how to make a cocktail. I let the waiter know and they said they couldn’t do nothing. I ordered a piña colada and I got a coconut smoothie with alcohol. They need to learn about customer service, they could have fixed the problem and chose not to. Was planning to stay in the future but rather not.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and the location is perfect.

Everything was excellent

The security at the door kept pushing us to get the car out of the driveway while we checked in. We were a group of 7, and we were getting all the luggage out. He was very nasty to us.

Excellent hotel, staff looking to help and assist with everything. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Hotel located in the city center, close to restaurants, clubs, pubs, cafes. And to the San Antonio neighborhood

I didn’t like they changed taxes because I came in with out seal from Colombia immigration. They should not added that fee. This is the only hotel in Colombia does it.

Property is very clean, and luxurious.

Tight parking, but they have parking so can’t really complain.

tge ac did not work, they had maintenance work on it from 11 pm to 1 am, did not fix, they did not offer to change room, afterwards next day they did not ofcer to change room or to upgrade room.

Although at the arrival , the room provided did not meet the requirements for a disable room , the manager of the hotel, provided us with a room equipped for a disable person. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The Hotel needs to ensure to equip the rooms for disable people as most of the room don't have the handles to hold when using the toilet. when booking online the description of the room should include details on whether the room has the facilities for a disable person. for the price of the hotel , the breakfast buffet should have more variety as the selection was limited.

It was my second time here in this hotel. I booked here simply because I knew only this hotel in the city, but this time the overall experience was not that good.

The room was extremely noising. Thin window glass is not protecting from high noise coming from the roads just below the room. Furniture is quite old and worn. Breakfast is limited and not in line with International Traveller expectations (just local food). Disrespectful guests (screaming and making noise in the corridor, at 2am) and issue not managed by hotel staff.

The addition money that they required to bring a quest to my room. I paid for double occupancy of my room and they still required me to pay additional money for a quest.

Food was so-so in the lounge on the first floor and the breakfast was mediocre. But the service was amazing .

Large and bright room (no. 1411), extremely comfortable bed, functional furnishings, bathroom with rain shower.Internally well soundproofed rooms. Very quick and well managed elevators. Location is perfectly downtown.The free Wi-Fi is very powerful and has always been very stable in any area of the hotel (from the room to the business area lounges). The Hotel is absolutely well structured to manage highly relevant business events.

The quality and variety of breakfast did not satisfy me. It was not in line with what an international hotel of this level (5 stars) should offer. There was a lot of local food. Not bad, but far away from the typical American Breakfast (eggs & bacon). Most of the bread (excluding toast) was sweet.The windows of the room are not double-glazed, so there is neither insulation from the noise (the main road in front of the hotel is busy 20 hours a day) nor from the external heat (air conditioning always on).
