Hotel Spirito by Spiwak Chipichape

Location. It is 2 blocks from El Parque de La Flora. It is 15 minute walk from El Centro Comercial de Chipichape (mall).

The staff is not professional and not kind. The AC was very weak. Could only get one room cold by shutting the door while the other room remained hot.

Location. Across the Chipichape Mall. Very convenient to get to local stores and also at walking distance

Personnel could be friendlier and more attentive to customer needs. Front desk acted very arrogantly as if it was a favor to have them process your reservation. Definitely booking via a third party will be more economical and straight forward.

Worst hotel I ever been .

Everything was bad. And expense for this hotel. The worst. I don't recommend.it

The breakfast was an awesome variety buffet that tasted delicious and location was awesome with easy access to everything. The pool was beautiful with an exceptional view of cali.

The location was great. Staff was great also. Right across from the Chipichape Mall. Safe area.

It was a bit bleak and industrial. Seemed like the architect chose form over function as a statement. Kind of futuristic but a bit dystopian. Bedding was not comfortable I’m not sure but it was like an envelope that was disheveled. The rooftop pool area has great potential and views but needs some TLC. The height of the building and lack of high guard rails seems almost frightening.

Breakfast is noting out of the ordinary, international style with local products like cheeses and ham, I like very much the style of the Hotel the rooms are confortable and spacious. The bed is comfortable

Fixtures in the bathrooms were falling off, towels, mats and soaps were not accurately replenished or accounted for. Also the minibar and the coffee where not always checked/replenished properly. The window as well was a bit broken, hard to close once opened.

Toilets were clogging and the help took a while to get fixed. Windows were dirty

I booked a deluxe room with balcony and kitchen but was first given a standard room, then an even worse one. After more than 3 hours of complaints, I finally got what I had paid for. The hotel was overbooked, many guests had no room even by 6 PM.Traveling with two kids, we had to wait in the lobby until 6 PM. The security guard was rude and checked people (even children) based on appearance, which was very unpleasant.Pool hours are too short (10 AM–6 PM), parking is not free despite being advertised. Overall, not worth the price.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel but probably the last time. The location is great and convenient, right across the shopping malls.

The room was dirty, with no towels. We called reception 4 times throughout the day asking for them and they did not bring them to our room. Every day even though room service will come to clean, our floor was very dirty and the bathroom not well cleaned. On our last day we asked for breakfast packed to go, and they only prepared one even though we were 3 adults, we had to wait for them to fix this and still had to leave the hotel without it as they were taking so long and we would lose our flight. Definitively not coming back for the price they charge.

We arrived in time but had to wait until the room was ready. The waiting time was over 40 minutes. It's not good, especially after a long travel.

The room was not properly clean. It had a bad smell.

Do not have direct communication with the front desk when I dial 0. Sometimes this department does not give the message to them.very difficult

I’m a swimmer. I love the rooftop pool. I also like the view from my room. The staff are warm and friendly. They have complementary water, coffee, and cookies.

The staff is amazing and goes way beyond. The breakfast is amazing a lot of different varieties. The fresh juice and fruit is so good. I like the fact that they make eggs and omelettes for each order. If you would like the only thing I did not care for was the construction. The noise is really bad from the nightlife and street life that goes on around there And there is a weird humming buzzing noise that goes on inside the hotel it will keep you awake if you’re a light sleeper which I am and every time I try to use the TV for an app to work it would not work so I was basically there for eight days with no TV for English . But it is guarded by security 24 seven so no one that is not supposed to be in there is getting in there at all. You have to use a key card to get up and down and they do want your bags when coming in with metal detector. They do have a mini bar that stays completely stocked. The pool on the rooftop is a nice bonus. The pool guys are friendly and they will accommodate you on the music that you wanna listen to and it is loud. It’s nice it gives off summer vibes for sure. There is also a large galleria shopping mall on the bottom floor. There is a place where you can exchange currency. There is a fabulous salon ladies go get your nails and toes done or your highlights are cut men go to the barbershop. it is very cheap. The people in there are amazing. There’s so many different places to shop and food. You will not be disappointed. He will translate to any language if he does not speak it he gives you facts and knows the city in the history behind everything he is very patient and kind if you like to take photos, he will be right there with you taking photos of everything and he gets the right angles ladies..

The street life in the construction is horrible

Had to stay here for an event I was going to... it was pleasant enough.

For the price it was not that nice... would rather have stayed at a nice boutique hotel back downtown where there was better pricing, food, and service.

Not worth the price

I payed for a room with 2 double beds but they gave a room with single beds, without any apologies or discounts. They offered room service, but no one answered and I wasn’t able to eat anything.
