    Cons -

    • We like everything!
    • I booked a 4-night stay from 20 October 2024 to 24 October 2024 at very elevated prices for a hotel that standard due to a large conference in town I took part in. There was a lot wrong in the room, such as not hot showers, no availability at night of drinking water, some faulty electricity, a careless breakfast, no drinks or food available, except a fridge at the reception with some cans of soda and beer and other issues. But the real issue was that I had to leave the hotel after the first night due to serious security concerns:1. Lack of a Night Porter and Unsafe Location: Upon returning to the hotel at 10:30 PM, it was impossible to get someone to open the door for a significant period of time, despite knocking, banging, and shouting. Eventually, a staff member opened the door, probably a live-in kitchen staff, but this delay and the absence of a night porter. Cali is renown for its unsafety and me being there alone at night put me in a vulnerable position as it was in a very silent street. In fact I asked my friend with whom I shared the room, who was out on the town, to sleep over at this friend’s place as there was a high likelihood that he could not get in either. 2. Manager said not to worry and would arrange the refund, but the owner refused: Due to these concerns, I decided to check out the next morning and requested a refund for the remaining three nights. Initially, the hotel manager agreed to the refund, but when I came down to check out, she informed me that the owner refused to issue it. This resulted in me paying $2,635,200 COP, which is approximately $658 USD for 3 nights I did not stay.
    • The hotel is located at the south of the city far from city's main attractions. Location is a beautiful neighborhood, but you need to have a car for moving around.

Superb, beautiful boutique hotel located in a lovely area of Cali. Easy access to the main bus line into town and a vibrant area full of.top notch restaurants. Lovely pool, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Quiet at night and an easy taxi ride to all the central attractions at night.

There was nothing to dislike, the Hotel was lovely and suited exactly what I was looking for.

Nice modern hotel in a good part of Cali, close to shops restaurantes

    9Alondono7737Posted on: 11-9-2021

Really good breakfast, extremely friendly staff who managed it. It was typical Colombia breakfast with great flavour and really good portions.

The fact that our room did not have cable service or a HDMI cable to connect our computers to the tv. That was a little bit dissapointing.

    10SaverioPosted on: 11-6-2021

Great hotel... staff etc.. very safe area .. close to good eating places ...shopping ..however ..very difficult to get taxi's sometimes ..

Taxi's not available at key times ...

staff is friendly and very accommodating to your needs. Hotel is a nice quiet secluded area, few minutes away from many restaurants.

    7LuisPosted on: 10-3-2021

    Clean, comfortable, well located

Bad internet connection and room not ready (fridge and tv not working)

    8RachelPosted on: 5-10-2021

Loved the secluded area , gated houses so you felt secure. The staff was very nice and laid back they didn’t pester you. Pool was nice , restaurants and stores in area. Breakfast was redundant but fresh.

The room was basic, couch , fridge , balcony was private. comfortable but bring your own towels there’re right with those. Jacuzzi bubbles didn’t have any jet power.
