Comfortable, clean, modern. Nice restaurant, good food.

Exiting the property was confusing. There are front and rear exits, and it’s not clear.

The card for open the door,i take more than 5 times to ask the solution.

Location is good and safe for those who are going for business and need to be close to the industrial town.

The hotel could use some maintenance, things look a bit old. Also the restaurant is very average.

Door keys to the room have to be recharged frequently.

The property is literally in a great location. The chipi Shopping, Mall, and surrounding places are absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Staff is wonderful very pleasant.

I didn’t like the laundry service should’ve been a little bit more clear about the charges for the laundry. My dad sent some laundry. I believe the prices inside a bag by his vision is not that great so he couldn’t see and I was not aware that, I never looked at it because I never send my laundry out so yeah he was charged about $200 for some laundry.

The breakfast was nice. It was nice that they let us keep our luggage there for a night. Because we booked a room there one day one and three but not day two.

The people in front desk don’t really speak English. For the price in this hotel, I think that there are some better options.

Good breakfast, fresh eggs. Good service. Had to ask a lot for hot water to properly make tea because dispenser wan't hot enough. Took a few tries to get that to happen.

Air conditioning was very noisy at night and woke us up. Bed was pretty worn and uncomfortable for sleeping on your stomach. No fridge to store leftovers.

i like the location the attention for the kitchen personnel

i didnt like the price i want to stay another night and cant stay because they double up the price.

The staff was never around you have to wait five or 10 minutes for them to show up they had no knowledge of the area when asked to go find someplace to eat in the room was terrible it was two little pillows and they complain only called to ask for an extra pillow and a blanket
