Staff, location and hotel were great

Yes, everything (restaurant, pool, bar, etc) was literally closed in the hotel. We basically were in a hotel with just rooms. We were not notified in advance that all amentities were shut down

Pool was not ready at the time they said. But it was ok.

The pool was out of service and they didn't inform before hand. Did not make any effort to compensate that.Shower flooded the first night.Room was noisy the second night due to a party in the vicinity.Staff was nice but lacked training.Breakfast was not that great.

Great locatiom

Cups inside the room were dirty, no cleaner was there to check them. There was a lot of dampness in the walls. The room had a dampish smell.

Good location, good noise isolation, comfortable room. The waiters at breakfast were really kind.

The staff at the front desk could be more kind. We didn't know that the restaurant, bar and pool were closed before we booked. Should be noticed before.

The hotel is beautiful

The receptionist who greeted us charged $48.000 COP “tax” because I didn’t have the physical copy of my passport. I booked through booking.com and prepaid the hotel and taxes but she insisted that there was an additional tax for not having my passport. I inquired about the name of the tax and she she couldn’t tell me the specific tax…it was the strangest experience. I wonder what DIAN will think of this…I stay at hotels often in Cali and I’ve never encountered a tax for not for presenting my physical passport.

The hotel has a very modern feeling. Installations are very well designed and really impress you with the combination of design and vegetation. Breakfast is really good. They have two options that will make you happy.

Sadly the roof top has been under renovation for a very long time. I remember more than few years ago a friend took me to the roof top bar and it was amazing. They really don't know when it will be ready. If the roof top bar is not longer available, they should really at least, set a roof top garden for guests to enjoy the view and the breeze that is amazing after 3-4 in the afternoon.

Room was spacious and we had a smart TV. The staff were great and the location was good.

Good location, the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and had a lot of space. Breakfast in the morning was also very good.

The WiFi doesn’t seem to work inside the room. So pretty much I was without internet for 3 nights …. Unbelievable for a “5 star hotel” Staff also need to be more attentive and friendly.

they need to open the restaurant upstairs back up as that was handy to have when it was open.

the new rule of not smoking in the balcony which it make no sense because that's the reason of a balcony. plus the city is too insecure to be smoking outside the property

The truth is that I have stayed at the hotel on other occasions, more than anything because of the location and the comfort of the rooms.

The last time I stayed at this Hotel Now, since I received horrible and unacceptable treatment from the Front Desks, who were precisely changing shifts at the time I arrived from the airport tired to check in, I hoped that no one else went through such a moment. embarrassing with those people.

The staff was very accommodating and fast. Anything you needed they were very quick to get it for you.

The hot water never really got hot. And even after they fixed it, it was still lukewarm. However they were very quick with fixing the problem. Also wish the pool and bar were open. It would make the hotel a 10/10 if they had those 2 things.

This Hotel was charging $9 dollars per breakfast every day and there are better Hotels around like MS Hotel that charge almost the same amount per night and included breakfast, I went around the Hotel 3 blocks from there and get a better breakfast for $4 dollars. They charged $9 ($37,000 Cop) and I get for ($16,000 COP) So it's a lack of respect for Customers. Also around the living room and closet there is not light, need to put better ceiling lights or lamps around there in evert room, was too dark

Did not like the amount they charged for breakfast $9 dollars and I got better breakfast 3 blocks from there for $4 dollar and MS Hotel around there have the same price x night and included breakfast..NOT GOOD

Nothing! If they want to improve the experience, add slippers and robes.
