Pros +

I have been to several hotels in Colombia, and this was DEFINITELY the BEST!Very clean, very safe, very very friendly!I missed their fantastic free breakfast one morning, and the folks in the kitchen very graciously made a plate for me! ... Wow!!!
Location and cleanlines.

Cons -

There was some noise in the streets, but this is Cali! : )
It was listed that all rooms have balcony and mine did not. Also the Jacuzzi area is not well kept. It kind of looks like a storage.
