Is very clean and the Staff very nice

Standard Colombian breakfast of eggs, fruit, coffee - decent.

The location was exceptional. We’re close to all Féria de Cali activities.

We missed the nightstand lamps but in general everything was fine.

The staff is very helpful. When the key to the safe did not work in the first assigned room, they changed me to a better room.

The hotel does not have a washing machine, nor a body-length mirror.

Very very poor breakfast. The second day we decided to just go to a bakery to eat something. We didn't have shampoo nor shower gel. They said it was over so we needed to buy our own.Zero sound proof. The hotel is very old. With closes windows, and you thought that the cars were next to you. The room door protects your from nothing. You feel very unsafe. Not the best neighborhood to stay.

I booked a room with double bed and they have gave me one room with two single beds.

Good, safe hotel in a quiet residential part of Cali, but not far from many stores and restaurants. The room was large and comfortable. They have a restaurant for breakfast and also a terrace. Parking was provided right next to the entrance, which is convenient.

Most of the touristic sites of Cali are a bit far for walking but a short, inexpensive taxi ride from the hotel.
