The cleaning staff on our floor was very pleasant and willing to accommodate when necessary. Front desk staff were courteous and always greeted us with a smile. They made any request easy to complete. Will definitely stay here again when in Cali!

The food was not properly labeled for breakfast. There were a lot of items that I would have liked to have in the room(tea,milk, slippers,bathrobe.. etc)

For Me Everything Was Good
Honestly, I don't think I will stay there again.
I have mixed feelings about my experience. First, the breakfast was quite disappointing and felt very incomplete. I expected a wider variety of options to start my day off right, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Additionally, the beds were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. After long days of exploring, I hoped to come back to a cozy bed, but it fell short of expectations.On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a difference in my experience. However, the pool area was not what I anticipated based on the photos. The images displayed online were misleading, and the actual pool did not match up to what was portrayed.Overall, my stay had its drawbacks, and I hope the hotel can improve in these areas for future guests.
The staff were extraordinary, from the friendly welcome at check-in and check-out, to a special treat (a cupcake) to thank me as a Hilton Honors gold member, to attentive service in the very good restaurant. It's clear that this group of Hampton by Hilton franchises (Metro Hotels) provides extra training in customer service, and it was memorable. The hotel is quite new; I had a spacious and comfortable room. I liked the unusual configuration, with reception on the top floor with the restaurant and 24-hour snack bar. Breakfast in the restaurant was good; there's a terrace with good views of the city. The location is convenient, facing parkland along the Cali River; it's walkable to the Centro and the San Antonio and Granada areas where restaurants and nightlife are concentrated. In all, a great value.
No concerns in my three-night stay. Again, I recommend this place highly, and will look out for other Hamptons operated by Metro Hotels if I'm back in Colombia and adjoining countries.
