Beautiful hotel - fantastic staff

I love Dann hotels, but quite frankly was a little disappointed at how hard the bed was. Won't stop me from being a loyal customer !!

Breakfast is amazing. Pool. Hot tub. Beautiful building.

The good location near to Chamber of Commerce, intercontinental Hotel and Cali River

It was noisy in the evening

I liked the location close to good restaurants and and a museum, library and great coffee shops.

That the wifi was intermittent it did not work the whole time. Also the mini bar was not replaced the third and fourth day with products.

Great facilities, great staff, very well located, good breakfast!

Room was too noisy, we could hear people in the room next to us! Couldn’t have a good night sleep!

wifi was slow

The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly from the Security, Front Desk, and Housekeeping Staff. Very clean. Eco-friendly. Mini bar options were great. Everyone greeted me with professionalism. I felt safe there.

The bar was small, so you couldn't really sit there as everyone was doing transactions there.The open air cafeteria could be hot and uncomfortable at times. No air-conditioning, which I also noticed around the city

The staff were accommodating and friendly especially Sebastian who always assisted us everytime we book at this hotel. Breakfast servers were also attentive even to tiny details of my request. Super!This is generally a nice area since there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Safe and accessible place to anywhere you want to go in the city.

Wifi on the other tower was barely working in my room. I asked management to check it, I wasn´t sure if they did something to check it though. It was still the same for the 2 nights that I was there.

The property looks nice but I had se well issues with air conditioning in the property

there are air fresheners everywhere and some times the smell is too strong.

The hotel is walkable to many tourist spots and restaurants. Lobby staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has an abundant selection and varies daily. The room was spacious and well maintained, though it felt dated.

Getting to the room was like going through a maze.

I requested my room for 2, system in showed 1 person and I had to register my sencond person 3 times and gor charged almist 100 dollars per register after I was told they switched it to 2 in their system. That was unexceptable

Room 1502 was very quiet. Surely be back there again.

We requested some items, which never arrived...

The location was decent. Breakfast was pretty good. Good variaty of products. The room was ok.

I had issues with the shower water. It was coming out really hot, so I had to cal maintenance to come fix the issue.

The first day I asked for a cousin visiting me the front desk told me visits ‘till 9pm. Next day same cousin tried to visit the front desk lady told me visits ‘till 6pm, I told her they went to different trainings, they are suppose to give the same info.

The spacious room

The room 402 (tower 1) is directly on the main street and has single wall windows. Which makes that the road noise is in the room. I couldn't sleep well enough

Ventilation in the room too loud and no ventilation in the bathroom. The room did not have a full size mirror.

We loved the service. As is usual when in Colombia, the staff were friendly, eager to help and serve. The breakfast had fresh fruit everyday and a wide buffet with variety. Room service is 24 hours and location was perfect. You have a lot of great spots walking distance.

The elevators are small and without A/C but we managed. Hotel could provide better quality of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom; bring your own if you're particular about the products you use.

The Service the magnificent Hotel Dann provided to me exceeded all my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with the cullture of excellence that the Hotel Dann’s Leadership has instilled in the hearts, in the brains in the souls of all its incredible highly skilled Staff. Every one reflects on their faces a sense of pride, love and respect for their institution and the culture of customer care. I had the privilege to feel the greatness of their exceptional work at every moment since the beginning to the end. I would love to express my profound gratitude to all of the amazing Hotel Dann Staff.

It is almost impossible to surpass the bar of excellence when the inspirational and visionary Hotel Dann’s leadership hast set it at its absolutely finest level of perfection. After a rigorous and holistic process of reviewing, my personal opinion is that the unforgettable experience I have enjoyed could only be improved by visiting the Hotel Dann’s facilities many times in the future. I will remember for ever The happy Staff with lovely smiles on their faces helping me on every step of my journey. They really made a very, very merry Christmas for me and filled my heart with love and joy and hope for the New Year.
