Hotel Karlo By GHO Hoteles

The hotel is in a great location. The San Fernando neighborhood has many restaurants, and the hotel is near the main attractions and city center.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof, and we could hear kitchen utensils being used really early in the morning.

Everything from the breakfast to the stay everything was perfect for a first time solo traveler. The security guard really put me on on what to look out for when I'm around and we both spoke 2 different languages. Great experience from me

Nothing, I would say the part where the security guard opened the gate for me Everytime I was coming in and out like it's cool dude, save that for the ladies dude

We didn't like anything at the property the ceiling had been falling down in the room.

And we still had to pay for the hotel. There was a lot of noise construction the whole time.

Breakfast not Location and Front Desk

Breakfast not very good.Too Muvh noise from 5.45 am with the voices of Hotel Cleani g ladies

The curtains at he the room windows didnt work and the light don’t have control to adjust the intensity because the light was too Brite and we have to walk back to the door from the bed to remove the key and turn the lights off before we go to sleep , that is very inconvenient.

While the breakfast is delightful, the staff exemplify excellence, and the location is unparalleled, the hotel requires attention in certain areas.

The air conditioning units are outdated and emit disruptive noise. Additionally, there's a need for soundproofing materials for windows and doors to mitigate disturbances from outside early in the morning. Moreover, there was an unfortunate occurrence of a cockroach infestation one night, which requires immediate addressing.

No land line in reception and roomNo body speak english in the reception they have to impove it.Miscomunication between reception staff, on my last day i clear my bill, when i checked out at night, i was ask to pay the extra fees for the guest which i already pay in the morning!!!Internet some times slow and down also tv caple.

Location and cleanliness

Stairs and elevator are awful. Too much noise. Very small space for breakfast. Breakfast is not varied and staff does not ask for dietary conditions.

Okay.. nothing special ..it is close to a market and restaurants.

Lights in the room were bad and kept blinking.. they didn't fix.

The noise of the motor which started and stopped at various intervals just above our ceiling on floor 4 every night.

Nice location, friendly staff. The hotel is in a very beautiful colonial building.

Few details everywhere with space for improvement:the room didnt have a real window and the room stunk a little bit even tho according to booking we booked a suite. This was never a suite.The breakfast was just okCleaning service came in our room while sleepingYou couldn’t turn off the lights without taking out the card (why!?)

The kitchen team is very friendly. Overall the team is friendly.

Coffee at breakfast could be better, considering, that Colombia is a high-quality producing country. Long time to resolve issues. I missed having warm water for the shower.

The hotel was perfect for me. The staff was very accommodating and always helpful. Andres was the super star. He always solved everything!

Maybe better beds. They seemed a bit hard.

Exelente Staff and location close to many restaurants

Towels look old, beds mattress little uncomfortable, air conditioning make noise can change temperature ?in general you get what you paid

Clean room with hot shower.

First we got a room where was mold and smelly air and at the shower was missing a button of hot water. The receptionist promised he will call manager and solve the issue. 30mins later I went to the reception and that guy just left without any word. Other receptionist didn't speak English but helped us and changed our room to another one where was a big shower with hot water and window that we could open...only AC wasn't working and TV was missing...it's not a big deal for us. The hotel is nice but needs a lot of maintenance and care. They have jacuzzi and Turkish spa but it's under maintenance as I was told.

Very clean, overall it was very ok but we didn't like the city at all. We were glad the location was there and not in the creepy city center. The security guard is very nice.

When we arrived the staff seemed so angry ! But it was just first night, then it got better. The room give on the hall and is noisy and with light in the night. Not the best sleep.

Great property safe. Great staff.
