They dont have shuttle as indicated. Waited hour for taxi on pick up from airport and was not told it was a surcharge. Also, on return to airport the driver charged more than was told by hotel

Excellent modern room and roof top terrace.

No cooking pots, pans etc in the kitchenette, which meant you can't really cook anything.

The facility is dated but it kinda checks the important boxesWould the marriott across the street have been nicer?—im sureBut more importantly—WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN? Maybe/yes

As with many latin hotels-the beds are ultra firm (hard as a board)The facilities are older (20+ years)But still functioning If you book, I would recommend asking for a room on the back side vs street side due to traffic noise

Good location, staff was nice, breakfast was adequate, fresh drinking water was available in the lobby and some toiletries were available to purchase in case you forgot your toothbrush or shaver for a modest price.

Restaurant was lacking, no rooftop bar, spa was cold, no bar at all on premises (except canned beer), neither microwave nor room safe worked and there were too few towels available in the room. Major road noise. They asked to not use paper (toilet) while using the toilet. Seriously?

Security. Anybody can enter the building without the receptionist even notice it. And the gate of the parking garage, sometimes they take long to open it for you.

Modern room, clean, nice breakfast. Location is the best, near to Granada restaurants, bars, nice area.

Only parking for 4 cars.

I like the rooms, which provide not only a place to sleep, especially the kitchenette.Employees that work there, are in general very helpful and nice.

Everything is meanwhile a bit worn. Some refurbishments are needed.A manager, or someone who is in charge, is not visible.

It was walking distance to bars and restaurants. The daily lunch special was good.

The air conditioning took awhile to work the first night.

There was no noise from the street outside. The street was noisy, but if you close the window you hear nothing from outside. That was very good. Also the room was very clean. Also the internet was stable.

The telephones did not work good. But this was less important.

The breakfast was great, and the typical Colombian bread pandebono was the best. The staff was very kind and always solved any of my inquiries with the best attitude. I went to enjoy the Cali carnival, party everywhere and did not get disrupted by music or something like that, the room was really quiet.

Our stay was amazing, breakfast was awsome, the service from everyone was exceptional! This is my always go to hotel. Located in a great area close to eveything and walkable to great tourists places.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast options were nice but I felt it was low quality and not tasty, we didn't really have breakfast after first day. On some days there were no hot water in the shower in the evenings. I think price vs quality was not the best for this hotel

Was close to the center of city. Walk of 10 min in the city. Very safe neighborhood

Nothing, only room needs a fresh update.
