Hotel Obelisco

esto no es un hotel de 4 estrellas; es un hotel viejo, mal cuidado

The breakfast was great. The location was great. The servers in the restaurant were phenomenal people excellent service.

The hotel had an issue with their Wi-Fi for four days we had no Wi-Fi. I can’t understand why they couldn’t get somebody out right away to fix it for them big inconvenience. However they made an adjustment for me to offset the cost that I had expended on my personal phone to have Wi-Fi service.

Excellent breakfast and variety. Very clean the buffet always refilling food. Staff very attentive.

sauna not able to use.

The room was large, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location and the staff was excellent.

The amenities were a bit lacking - no coffee maker or microwave in the rooms, very limited decorations, and the towels were a bit harsh.

Comfortable beds, very clean, helpful staff, spacious room and bathroom, everything new and fresh

Food and staff were excellent

Rush hours ( traffic) pollute the air, making smell bad.

The location was great, near to transportation, and restaurants

The light in the pool, you can barely see at night, the breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30 but they had everything cleared before 10:00, the car service is not good to go back to the airport, I would recommend to request an Uber

Excellent customer service. Very attentive to our needs. Staff was Excellent.

Our room could have had a bigger desk. But because of the size of the room it was appropriate.

The staff at the hotel will go above and beyond to help you… excellent service!

Staff the restaurant not so friendly, the hotel is suuuuper old, it needs a lot of upgrades, it has been very neglected unfortunately.

I like the Hotel for it's staff, location, and restaurant

Location was really good. Staff was very kind.

Breakfast was really poor. Nothing to be eaten.

Location, personnel, and food

Location and attention, cleanness.

Límited menú for vegans. Lack of flexibility to combine a plate for vegans.

Really liked the location near touristy attractions. Felt safe walking around. 10-15 minute walk to the Alumbrado area (Ermita church). Nice buffet breakfast. Good WiFi signal. Comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Stayed in a room in an upper floor, therefore outside noise was minimal and with AC on, became nonexistent. Great customer service provided by staff.

Enjoyed everything about my stay.

great location, rooftop pool, comfortable bed, great shower

the sauna doesnt get hot. breakfast is pretty limited.

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Space was pristine and all requests were handled professionally and promptly.

Great location, legacy, price and friendliness of All Staff

I love the location and customer service

Rooms need a large mirror

Great staff, good food and very nice accommodations

There wasn’t anything I Didn’t like

The staff were friendly, the hotel felt safe and was very clean - my room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice part of the city, close to restaurants. The wifi worked well.

My room was at the front of the building and the traffic noise was very loud and lasted most of the night. The breakfast was very basic.
