Excelente atención and Cleaning 10/10

No towels no microwaves no refrigerator nothing not even nightstand really basic

The hotel has an elevator which is very convenient. Very good location and the staff was very helpful since we rented a car and needed a placce to park it since all the near parking loot closes at 9pm, and the staff offered one of the 2 spaces available for free. They also did our laundry for an extra cost, which was very helpfull.

One small detail was small fridge was just placed on the floor. Would have appreacited if it was on a small table.I would definitely stay here in the future.

The location. The rooms are ample and with potential improvements, that will benefit customers and the hotel.

Rooms are very minimalist, furniture rundown, towels with wholes. This hotel needs improvement.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were really kind and really helpful. The hotel is a little old but everything works.

The hot water was sporadic, nothing big, just had to adjust the dials.

We had a huge room for a very fair price, the staff was excellent

no gym--but of course that is part of the reason why the price is so good

The hotel location is excellent, very close by malls, bakeries, parks, Varela Plaza, church, clinic, restaurants, and all kinds of little shops. The ladies at the lobby were always available and willing to help me with anything that I needed.

The light in the room was very dim and some outlets did not allowed me to charge my electronic devices.

Nice big room at a great price. Nice bed and washroom, large windows give a Nice view from the 6th floor. Decent breakfast served every morning. Super quiet up on the 6th floor maybe not so much on lower floors due to traffic noise. Steps away from mall which has everything your need. Good wifi.

The hotel lacked fresh fruit, and the breakfast area wasn't pleasant, the sofa in the room was dirty, part of a big and very basic room.

Property location, and rates were great.

Poor lighting in the restroom. Front desk lobby looks poor, however everything inside the hotel is very good.

I liked the comfort, the very friendly staff, the very rich breakfast and the excellent central location.

the toilet was broken, the air conditioning did not work, the shower did not have hot water, the phone did not work, the tv did not turn on. the staff at front desk was not trained for hospitality. They made us pay in full at check-in for the full week upfront. when we asked for a check-out the next day they did not provide us with a check-out nor did they return the money until 2 days later. this hotel really came down from what it used to be.

the management - they should fix all the items that apparently have been broken for a long time.

BREAKFAST. In my opinion it was a decent breakfast buffet, by usually the same menu every day.LOCATION. It's GREAT! Really close to the Center of the city. Parks, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, things to do nearby.Security guys in its surroundings.FRONT DESK - HOTEL STAFF - MAID. Nice and friendly people, focused on their work, handling my questions very well.BEDROOM. Large Bedroom, featuring basic furniture. Great and comfortable Bed.

I did not cancel my Reservation. I arrived on time to do the CHECK-IN; but in the morning before my arrival, the Hotel Centenario had already charged on my credit card the CANCELLATION COST. The Hotel did not notify me about that charge and the reason for that decision neither. The total amount of remaining balance was charged at CHECK-IN. In the BOOKING CONFIRMATION - DETAILS; Hotel Centenario states: "You don't have to pre-pay..." But it did not happen. In my opinion it was Pre-payment.HOTEL ENTRANCE. Entrance doors to come-in/to come-out always remain locked, but not Doorman there. At least for me it was a really annoying experience. Also, no Pool, no Fitness Center in the Hotel. The Bed's blanket was frustrating for a good night sleep. It looks like a tan color felt or soldier's campaign blanket.No Mini-Bar in the bedroom. Bathroom dark at night and no air extractor. Just a few items in the toiletries and one towel per day; most of them wear down.
