Hotel MS Ciudad Jardin

Breakfast very good, a lot of fruits, fresh juices. We ordered sunny side eggs,. I can complaint. Staff very friendly , and helpfull.

Room was confortable with twin beds, the only thing i would say towels are worn out seemed no very clean. We found two little insects in the bathroom.

Location of the hotel and size of the room were great. Staff was attentive.

Bathroom was small for two people. And it doesn't have ventilation so the mold grows between the tiles in the shower.

The location was great for us because we were going to a football tournament at the Campestre Club.

We weren’t able to get hot water . None of the three days we were there.We were a group of 80 people one nobody could get hot water.Breakfast is not good either. Regular. They do not clean up rooms on Sundays.

Location was very convenient, breakfast included as minim quality.

Dirty, bathrooms with a deep smell, tried and change from various rooms… just door drainage design that expose smell on every room I tried. Not worth it, for a vacation trip. One night as max….

The best is a little too hard for me, the place might need some maintenance in some places.

Lack of bathroom maintenance. Breakfast is just ok. Lacking meat options to go with the eggs.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is barely 3 stars.

The bed was too hard, the pillows too soft, the shower ran hot and cold, and there was no dresser or table to put things. There was no side table on one side for any of the 2 beds. The TV did not work. The maids kept only providing two towels for three people and never any hand towels. One day, they did not clean the room until 3 pm! When I booked the hotel, I requested plant-based milk for our breakfast, but it was not provided. Even after I asked for it every day for the 4 days of our stay, they did not provide it even though the front desk staff promised. When I asked the kitchen staff each morning, they looked offended and did not care at all.

The staff was great every morning delicious breakfast on the terrace as the beautiful eagle and harming birds fly by the pool and gym area was clean and operational elevator very shiny and clean also free parking in front of the hotel.

I came for medical reasons and needed to be close to doctor. Thus, location was fine. It was recommended by doctor so I didn’t selected but it was comfortable and cleaned. I didn’t see much of it just my room and a couple of times used the restaurant.

In Colombia and No coffee in room. And no water either. Not even first day.

Nice breakfast, every day there were different options.

The mini bar cooler had loud nosies.

room needed to be updated -paint ,sheets and towels. but was acceptable

There wasn’t a mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. Soap dispenser is not acomodable for seniors or kids because the dispenser has a push look

It was great, however given I eat Halal food and Colombia do not have significant population of Muslims to embrace Halal food, I had to let go different options which were not halal, and I had to constantly ask if the option am choosing is Halal.

The room was terrible. The AC. Don't work properly the wall was duty. The bathroom was dirty or unfinished. I take pictures for that

NOT LIKE: Normal display of goods. Bad servicing. No one was aware of the replenishing of the different items. Had to ask several times for a spoon or fork or for more bread or any other item that was finished, but the staff was never aware. For instance one day we went, there was no more bread, cheese and other items. The answer was simple, we don´t have more.

The rooms could have a suitcase stand. Didn´t have a drawer where to keep your clothes. The real small closet didn´t have sliding doors, you had to push them with force.

Breakfast was excellent, the room had a not very nice view but it was comfortable. The shower did not worked well, it needs to be repaired. It was room 205.
