Hotel Boutique Ciudad Jardin

The hotel staff (with the exception of housekeeping) are terrific. The property is well maintained and is located close to shops and restaurants.

Even after placing the placard on the outside doorknob, the housekkeping staff did not clean my room once during my 4 day stay

The cats

Bathroom too smallSame breakfast everyday Not an adult only hotel

The hotel was pretty normal.

My room was full of mosquitos and the door lock was broken and they never fixed it, because of it was weekend, but they shouldn’t rent the room with this kind of problems, I had to leave my value things in the front desk in a small blue box while I was out the hotel.

modern decor, privacy, spacious, nice staff, swimming pool, new air conditioning in the room, reception opened 24 hours, nice hot shower, great location, cute little cats at premisses.

room could be cleaner, low quality toilet paper, beddings and towels could be of a better quality, low quality pillows, bad view from the room window, tv was installed too high up on the wall, lack of floor hangers to place bags and purses, soap dispenser was placed on top of toilet paper accessory so soap would drip down on it, sink faucet was loose.

Pool, parking, location, spacious, AC.

Good but not great. Room ok, fairly clean, but not really comfortable. Broken furniture, we were four people and only provided 3 towels after asking for them. It said restaurant service, but my baby got hungry at midday and there was no food to order, just candy.

Location is perfect, You can find bakeries, cool places for lunch and dinner, pharmacy, transportation, beauty salon, etc etc in a safe place just walking around :)

The shower always flooded after taking my showers every day.

The garden and the swimming pool

There was construction work so very noisy

I liked location and cleanness.

The parking is a real mess, so your car can be blocked for other cars.

Noisy and not a good place to sleep

It was so noisy and the people who work there don’t help you with the noise

Great part of the city, excellent room and common areas

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly.

The owner, she was a sweetheart and very attentive to all of my needs

I loved everything

Very good
