I liked the location and room was clean

My tv didn't work, tried remote and button behind tv

Clean, central location.

No closet.

The hotel delivers: it’s well located, comfortable, well equipped and clean. Check in is smooth even though you never see a human being in the process as everything is automatised but it all works well.

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable, good-sized bathroom and big TV. Didn´t hear any outside noises. A possibility to cook tea & coffee.

The two towel hooks in the bathroom were hanging loose and almost falling down.

The hotel is close to the train station and right in downtown. The room was clean and the wifi worked well. But be aware that there's is no staff at this hotel.

There is no staff at this hotel and no place to store your baggage. You can't check in until 4 pm as a code is sent to your phone. We got to Vaasa at 1:30 pm by train and had to sit in a coffee shop till 4 pm before getting into the room. The room was really small and difficult to store our luggage and move around. The hotel may or may not be good for you.

Being in the heart of Vaasa, the location is great. The room was also clean and cozy. I found the bed quite comfy also.

Check-in time is 16:00 exactly, and I think it is a bit too late. The door code does not work even when you want to go inside and wait on a coach or something, because there is no waiting area whatsoever. Plus, there are no lockers or any area to put your luggage after you have checked out, so you have to drag your luggage with you the second you leave the hotel.

Good value, close to everything. Check-in process very clear & easy!

Room was a little too small, we were a bit crammed with all our luggage. But the rest was perfect!

This time I spent few days. Last time I had seven days and no clean of my tool et all.

Very noisy due to vent system. Noise make it hard to sleep despite local room vent was switched off. Sounds like boing taking off.

Excellent price in Vaasa, right in the centre, clean and very easy to use (there is no reception)

The hotel is super neat and clean. Room is small but that is not a problem, it has everything that I need for my stay. Hotel is located right in the city center, close to the Kcitymarket and train station, so you can quickly grab something to eat from the super market. There is no staff at all, but the entrance is very "user friendly".

The noise. Next room people opened and closed the door late at night and that woke me up several times.

I choose this hotel rather than a airbnb accommodation because I was expecting some cleaning, change of towels. During six nights my room was not cleaned anytime. The garbage was accumulating and after sending message to the property I was informed that they would clean after five days. In the six night the room was still unclean. I will need to be in Vaasa for working every two months for a week, this hotel certainly will not be my first option.

Modern, very clean and close to train station.It is also excellent value for money.
