Clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

The personnel in this hotel is probably its best part. Also the restaurant is good, but the breakfast menu was the same every day.

The rooms were really small. For a family room, it was quite a difficult task to fit all of us in the room. And we did not bring any ski equipment with us. There was no place to unpack our luggage. Even the waste bin was too small and we do not produce much waste as a family. There was not even a kettle in the room. The window was quite difficult to open and it had some damage on it which asks for a repair.

Minimum facilities and staff.Restaurant was closed one day and offered little when open. Room was not cleaned. Location was fine for E16 but 30 mins walk to town. Room was small with no place to unpack or store clothing typical Scandic I would say.

The view from our room over to the ski jumps was impressive. Room was spacious. Very good breakfast.

Super hot doonas that do not breathe were awful; cold ac blowing on my back that I could not change so I pushed the crazy hot soon up against it.

Great location, excellent value for money, super breakfast included, very helpful staff, evening meal catered for young children very well.

The hotel pool was undergoing renovation. However, the municipal pool complex is only a few minutes walk away and is excellent.

The property is new and stylish, with great greenery outdoors.

The location, it is close to when I needed to go.

I arrived very late in the evening and left early in the morning. Friendly reception at arrival and a good breakfast bag to go when I left before breakfast was opened. Nice bed.

Cleaning at floorplans was not so good.

Bed was right against one wall to fit in a sofa bed. Generally room was comfortable as was the bed. Lovely breakfast and we got there in the time frame we booked!

Fantastic breakfast buffet, friendly staff, nice with the pingpong table, good location, easy parking, welcome drink for the kids.

The pool is too cold and very small. Please increase the water temperature in the pool. The rooms look worn out, they need renovation/ refurbishment.

The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice. Beds where comfortable.

The room was old and dirty. The TV was small, the small bed under the sofa did not fit and was broken so i cut my leg on the corner. The room had a trouser press! But no boiler for tea or coffee. Not even a water bottle.

The room was in terrible condition. The temperature in the room was very low and I used two blankets in order to be able to sleep. There was a leak in the shower and it was so old and broken that I couldn’t shower properly. The water in the pool was not warm enough.

Quiet hotel, a bit offside from town. Serviceminded staff.

Breakfast buffe was not refilled and kept clean. Room was a bit aged and would be nicer if renovated. Not sure if our room was what we booked. Should been a King Superior, but seemed to be regular superior

Great view! 25 minutes by walk to the central station, comfortable pillows and bed :)

Couldn’t fully open the window, though probably it’s for the safety reasons.
