Sure Hotel by Best Western Focus

The location was very convenient, 3 minutes walk to the trainstation and shops also 2-3 minutes walk away. Room was clean, the staff accommodated my delayed check-in and checking out was even easier.

The bedding wasn't great and I did struggle to sleep multiple times. There was drilling and banging some mornings before 8am which I thought was bizarre, the room was unbearably hot and i couldnt find a way to cool it other than opening a window... the mattress topper? Kept moving and coming off which needed sorting every time I even sat on the bed

We really appreciated the free, warm underground parking — especially now in January with freezing temperatures outside.The room was spacious and comfortable, with a newly renovated bathroom.Breakfast had a smaller selection, but everything was tasty and filling.Great location as well. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Is very noisy. You can hear everything from other rooms and also the street. It has some bars around and you can hear the music and people talking outside

Right in the city centre, only a few minutes walk from the central train station. Friendly staff. Breakfast included with plenty of choice. Simple but comfortable hotel with good value for money.

It’s a bit old. The tiles in the shower were a bit mouldy.

Staff in the reception was amazing and welcoming. Breakfast even though served in a small area was very tasteful.

The outdoor area looked better on the photos. Perhaps add something that would give some shade. It was really warm when I stayed there.

Small hotell Witherspoon no restaurang and very por rom. Clean but no bed lamp, no AC, no night stand. Tv sound was so bad I couldn’t understand what was said.

The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good but a bit tight with the space. Location is very central.

We were there on a Friday night so because of the location a lot of people was out having drinks and we could hear them even with windows closed.

Good location - city center, close to the main square and port. Good breakfast with a variety of dishes. Attentive and helpful staff.

The hotel looks old, antediluvian renovation. Uncomfortable bed with a sliding mattress. Sockets only on one side of the bed. Overall ok for one night.

The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance of the harbour, shops, etc. The staff are very helpful. The is a good sized balcony on the 2nd floor where you can sit and relax. There is a garage where motorcycles get to park for free. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was adequate and the shower good. Breakfast was fine with the usual choices of food, hot and cold.

The coffee isn’t that great.

Well, the rooms are definitely nicer than what the building suggests from the outside, wooden floors, stylish furniture. This is a tiny hotel with maybe 30 rooms or so over 2 floors, so one can easily establish a more personal relationship with the staff if one is staying long enough. As such guests are asked to select from 3 breakfast time options to assure seating (ca 20 seats available). The staff was very friendly. There is a sauna/jacuzzi but we didn't try it. There is also the possibility to buy snacks and drinks from the reception until 11pm.

The breakfast was farily basic, but one still gets the requisite scrambled eggs and bacon. The couch bed in the room for our son had a stone hard matress, the room door let a lot of noise through from the hallway, the bathroom was a bit too small for comfort. But the biggest problem was the noise from the main street outside. We stayed here over a weekend and there is a parking lot across the apt where cars parked for short periods late at night and played loud music. So if you are staying over a weekend and want peace and quiet, ask for a room facing to the backyard.
