It was very clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

I liked the breakfast, and The location , and rhe price was cheap

Loose wires in the room. The toilet itself was not fixed and clean. There was no table in the room. The dining area is a good option if you need to work.

Nice, cosy place, spacious room. Very good breakfast, possible to grab coffee and tea during the day. Easy chec-in and check-out, even outside of reception working hours.

Only one shower available and one wc per floor.

Very helpful people. I booked on the same day I checked in and it was no problem to check in immediately. Also I am traveling by bike and I could take my bicycle in my room! Thanks :)

room 101 noise and the shower has mushrooms in the floor. I could hear the neighbour room talking.

I booked a night at 8pm that day and received very quick response with all information needed to check in.

In the days before the arrival, the reception did not answer questions, answers came, but they were not specific. For example, the simple question about reception times remained unanswered even after being repeated twice.Apart from this, very poor value for money:The room was completely different from what was described and shown on the photos, the mattress was worn out, the only seat in the room (an old armchair) was worn out (so that you could hardly sit in it). In addition, the room smelled intensely of drainage, the window could be opened, but this was not a good solution because of the street noise at night (tuned cars etc).Smashing doors (“wall shaking”) every few minutes.So that I am not misunderstood: I think it is generally OK to offer such rooms, but then please as a super-low budget room for maybe 20 Euros, but not for 90 Euros.You could also add that the rooms are distributed over 2 floors and in the lower floor over 2 areas. For me it looked like I was accommodated in the most shabby part. The fact that in the shabby part apparently foreigners like me and in the nicer part only Swedes were accommodated, was for sure (or hopefully) coincidence.Breakfast was OK, but not that special as claimed.

The staff were all very nice and helpful, and the breakfast had everything you might wish for. There were also lots of nice additional touches: homemade cake for guests in the afternoon, coffee and tea available round the clock, sauna, lovely roof terrace, and games/books to borrow.

The room felt a little hot, so perhaps the ventilation was the only minor downside.

The area is light industry and has some truck traffic, which brings noise in summer night when windows need to be open.

Fantastic service! The summer weather was perfect for enjoying the rooftop sun deck, the sauna was refreshing and relaxing, and we had rooms with private bathrooms which were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was great, with some local specialities as well as more standard fare — a lot of the food was locally produced. Each room contained a mini-fridge, and the fridge had a small freezer compartment at the top. The hotel was only a couple minutes' walk from the train station and the city center. The price for the rooms was more than fair, and we had a great experience overall! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Noise isolation through the room door was not so great (the walls were fine). It was hard to find a place to properly dry the wet towels because the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't enough, so we hung the towels near the windows.

Easy to find.Even though I arrived late they provided clear instructions regarding access.

The place was located close to the harbor and the city center - which was convenient.The free Wi-Fi was adequate.The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. All you had to do, was to leave a note outside on the door.

The hotel had very limited facilities. There was no kitchen or bar - so you have to go out every night.The reception of the hotel is on the second floor?Limited staff at all times. There is no staff after 17:00 at all.A lot of detailing was lacking. All the locks had been changed on the doors, but you could still see the contours/holes from the old ones. The drain in the bathroom was the highest point - so the water would go everywhere except the drain.The breakfast crew touches the bread / food with their bare hands. The breakfast is limited.
