Quality Hotel Vitoria

Good location, good breakfast

Wife had fish at dinner and was very bad, staff refused to do nothing. You ordered it, you eat it.

Convenient location, clean, helpful staff.

For the price, room & bathroom were very mediocre. Some of the outlets were loose and my charges kept falling out.

Staff simply ignored my messages about being late that night so I lost the booking

NOTHING!!!

They said they had airport shuttle, but when I arrived and called for a shuttle, I was told they only had shuttle from hotel to airport only. I was told to take a taxi. Also I had to call this hotel 5 times in order to get someone who speaks English to explain the airport shuttle non-service. I just canceled my entire stay with them. They are not qualified to handle international travelers.

The hotel is actually good. Breakfast is really nice with a variety of delicious dishes. Plus for Sabrina, of breakfast and the chef.

No small toothpaste in the bathroom

Main reason to stay at this hotel is its proximity to the airport.

Could hear all noises in the adjoining rooms. especially loud sex late into the night.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious.

The restaurant advertised drinks that they didn’t have or couldn’t make because they ran out of the one bottle of cachaça that they had.

Restaurant was great

Front desk did not help with our luggage (we had 4), about the transfer reservation he wasn't helpful at all. The bad had a paint mark. As shown on picture

The taxi dont pick up me in the airport And to much noise in walk way the rooms Clients make complaints too about The first floor , morning service was very noise 6am

We were traveling and wanted to stay for one night to avoid driving overnight. This was a great option as it was close to the Airport, very comfortable and at a fair value.

Nothing really? It's a bit on the pricey side, but we knew that coming in.

Amazing food, great breakfast! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for just one night betweeen flights and the location was perfect! RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE airport, they offer back and forth transfer without cost so that was key point on choosing it.

The hotel is outdated, not nice for family vacation since it is not that close to the beach (you can walk but it is far). Vitoria is not a safe city to walk around. Beds are a bit bumpy (old mattress) and the pillows are hard…

Excellent breakfast as usual, having stayed at this facility multiple times over the past 10 years. Close to the airport with free courtesy service.

They have certainly increased the prices recently as have all other hotels. Probably making up for lost revenue during COVID and of course the inflation curse.

Breakfast was good. Need to improve with more selection including some vegetarian dishes. Hotel location is very convenient from the airport as well as beach area plus the surrounding neighborhood is very quiet.

needed faster internet and USB outlets inside the room that will help people who don't carry outlet plugs with them. Also need concierge service in the lobby.

Service is great, breakfast is fantastic, well located, the bar is excellent and stocked with top shelf liquors.The jacuzzi is what my body needs after 18 hours of travel.

Noise, fire alarm test at 0130 in morning. Rooms need updating.

I hade booked a room and a stay for my dog. My dog was not allowed in the hotel because he was 20 kilos instead 18 kilos what is the maximum the allowed. So the mangemt refused us in he hotel and we had to look for a other hotel … after 2 hours discussion we hade to go and find ourselves a other place … this after a car drive off 10 hours…. Never ever again this hotel with pets !!!!!!!!! I can write a book about how the have treated us and my dog !!! My dog is as a child for us …. So for all animal lovers…. Don’t take a risk

The rooms were spacious. Everything worked as it should and the mini bar was good.The breakfast options were satisfactory

The laundry cost 300 reais for a very small load. My partner and I had dinner at the hotel one night and the Picanha I ordered was expensive and was cold by the time it arrived.

Very good location, fair value for money. Has restaurant BUT customer service is very disappointing

Stayed at the hotel in two different occasions now, for a whole week the two times and have experienced very poor quality service from restaurant staff during dinner time, one particular waiter always treating customers with disdain... this has occured with me and with other colleagues also staying at the hotel in different occasions. Food is satisfactory and having restaurant at the hotel makes it convenient to customers however given low quality customer service, unfriendly treatment from staff, my colleagues and myself had to go elsewhere for dinner.
