Slaviero Hotel Vitória

Breakfast was excellent, the location was exceptional and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Perfect location, excellent service, excellent breakfast and the comfort of the room

Nothing to say

Good location and nice people.

I had a bathroom issues.

Only the club

The club for who has kids is good however my room 401A is in front of main avenue, the noise is awful , like the car and cycle in the room! The worse acoustic room , I could not sleep on the place, expense and bad quality for restThe cleaning was not good, the toilet dirty and the entrance door jammed

The location is very good.

The bathroom ceiling had a lot of mold and the air conditioning was not working.

I like the location and the staff. The staff was very helpful and nice.

1- the don't have any confort in the bed, if you get cold in the middle of the night, you have to go downstairs to get it or called them to bring it.2- No adapter for phones, you have to bring in your own. 3- They don't have safe in the rooms.4- They don't have an iron in the room, they lend it to you for 30 minutes.

Very cheap and basic decor in the room. Minimal bathroom where one can hardly move and nowhere to hang a towel or anything else. Breakfast is excellent .

The feel of staying in a cheap hotel .

Pool area, breakfast

Really small room. Average cleanliness

I like the location. Beautiful view.

The room and toilet too dirty.

LOCATION, BIG ROOMS, AND NICE STAFF

THE HOTEL NEEDS REMODELING. The wooden frames in the bathroom had termites and it was leaving some powder over the sink, it was unpleasant. Also, the air conditioner had the doors broken and it was freezing the bed in front of it. I feel there is NO proper maintenance of the rooms, which is a pity.

Clean, central and spacious

Excellent cost benefits. Great location and very friendly staff.

A little bit out dated.

A security latch is required at the room door. My grand son 1,5 year old opened the door easily.Bathroom with no shower curtain and poorly clean

breakfast was good, friendly staff, location

Only one elevator working made it very difficult when it was busy times.

The location, friendly staff, accommodation was good, restaurant inside the hotel made it easy.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. Just same issue that others reviewers made about the elevators, one was broken down still and it made going up and down a bit slower, to much people at the same time. We took advantage of the staff elevator and that helped a lot.

Nothing worth metioning

Old rooms with paint peeling from the walls. Leaks in the restroom/shower. Old AC broke and I had to switch rooms. They should close for a full renovation.

The staff was kind though. The location is great. But I did not stay even one night.

The room had black mold all over the bathroom. The windows were filthy dirty. The beds were wrinkled and I doubt the sheets were clean. I brought the issue to the city's health regulation office and they are investigating.

Be able to stay with 4 people.

No trash bin was in the room, so we put them in the clear plastc bag.

services, breakfast, clean

horrible bad mattress

Nice location great breakfast nice hotel I could walk everywhere for everything that was needed conveniently from that location very clean area

There was nothing to dislike
