The breakfast was good. The staff asking my partner the room number as if we were an invader, that was inconsistent and inappropriate. The food we had for lunch and dinner as not good. Very low quality

The lunch/dinner in general was very low quality.The staff att the breakfast questioning my partner why her name wasn't as the checking list. That was very uncomfortable and unprofessional They should have asked the receptionist,not us

Room have leaks on the glass doors when rains (top room)and got my bags wet , and the car parking went up R$5 more because I did not bring my car on first night

The staff in the restaurant were outstanding, so friendly and always helpful, even going out of their way to translate.

The property needs some Antonine in the rooms. It is pretty shabby. The pool area could be greatly improved.

They were very clean, the food was very good.

The door was broken, all the times the alarm was beeping it. That was uncomfortable it.

A great hotel, the room was excellent, we had a view of the beach, which made it even more special. Breakfast also had a good variety and staff were friendly and accommodating. It felt like a safe location as well with good amenities nearby. Great for walking along the beach, cycling or running. Would definitely stay again.

The only downside is that the beach isn`t super clean, but that`s not fault of the hotel. This time of year (winter) there is no sun over the pool, but must be lovely in the summer.

Right in front of the beach. Very close to airport. Has a pier where sea turtles could be seen (also anywhere else in Vitoria)..if you have a local sim card, it's a good location because you can uber anywhere. Nice tv screen.

Maybe a Brazilian thing but a thin sheet for a blanket without a duvet . I probably could have asked for a duvet, but it was fine without after turning off the a/c. Located more in residential neighbourhood, but there is a great resto about 10 mins away - and probably others but did not have time to check it out. Thin towels.

very bad experience!!! I was guided by booking because the rate of this hotel is high. when I was checking, the reception is very cold to me, however the worst is yet to come, my credit card was theft by the staff of this hotel. why i can say so? because my friend was checking in with me, he only used his credit card in this hotel and it is also theft after checking out, that is his one and only using his credit card in Brazil. Be careful!!!

Was placed in a universally adapted room. No curtains in the shower and a toilet with some extra challenges.

The kindness of the employees and the rooms were really comfortable and clean.

All of the staff at the hotel are nice!I wondered why this hotel gets the higher score although the building itself does not look so nice.Now I understand why. The people who work there are very nice and very kind. It reminded me of the hospitality spirit of the Ritz-Carlton hotel Group in its prosperous time. So natural. I believe that the management of this hotel is successful and this hotel has "it".Although the hotel itself is not new and the breakfast is nothing special, I would like to give 10 to this hotel. I enjoyed the pleasant stay. Thank you very much!!

Great breakfast with seaview. The staff was very friendly and the location is superb. My family and I would love to stay there again. The air conditioning in the room was silent and efficient.

Breakfast was good. Location across from the beach is also good. Close to the airport.

Room was really small. Very noisy street. Pool is minuscule. Gym facilities are basically non existent. A sauna is advertised but I couldn’t find it.

My wife and I have stayed here several times- The breakfast always excellent- rooms comfortable. Free parking.The staff very nice. Web requested more pillows, and blankets and staff delivered very quickly. will return.

Decent breakfast, good location and clean rooms

The room didn't have lamps to read close to the bed, which made reading difficult

-Not greeted with a warm welcome by receptionist. Not our first time staying there.Requested ocean view- front- not available till next day- and had to wait wait wait ask ask with an attitude. The hot water valve in shower broken. If you don't get to breakfast early it's gone.
