It was clean and decent

The AC could run for 5 minutes and goes off. The hotel need to change the settings to allow AC to work as set by clients.

Not much actually. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was good and that’s it. When they gave me my room, the room was dirty and then they changed me to another room which was better but even that was smelly in the toilet and the floor was all wet. The bed was comfortable but the aircon didn’t work properly.

Toilet was not functioning, tv was out of order. Reservation was made 2 months before checkin. Still we could not be properly accomodated.... had to look for another hotel

The hotel was walking distance from the event I attended.

Old structure needing repair. Only 1 elevator working for the entire hotel. The whole place had a slight moldy odor. Bedding and towels were old and very thin, but clean. Breakfast had many sweets and cakes, but only a few protein options. No lactose, sugar or gluten free options.

The air conditioning was so dirty that I had an allergic reaction after the first night. I hope they improve this as soon as possible!

The hotel is in a good location. Took me only a few minutes from the airport to the hotel. There are a few restaurants in the area although I was there on the weekend and most of them were closed. It was a good hotel for a one-day layover. The rideshare from the airport was 14r. The taxi operators at the airport may tell you that rideshare is not allowed at the airport.....this is not true

Breakfast was very good

There is a picture of a swimming pool in the Google reviews that make it look like there is a swimming pool at the hotel but there is not. This was very disappointing.

Rooms were a bit dated

Breakfast was ok, check in was fast.

The room was poorly cleaned, the bed headrest was mouldy and loose. the curtains hang just abive the pillows and there was only one usable power outlet. The pictures do not represent what you get. The bathroom had multiple hair types in the sink and on the floor, the toilet had droplets of whatever on the seat. I was at room 304.

Our flight was changed so we ended up staying only 4 hours. For this purpose the hotel is perfect. Very basic, but with a clean bed and a good shower, that’s all you need, and all you’d expect for the price paid.Surprisingly the night receptionist spoke very good English and was very friendly.

The rooms were clean and serviceable, not fancy. I wish the hot water was more reliable. The breakfast was very nice and was available until 10:30, so a very long time to sit and drink the amazing Brazilian coffee. The location is great for the airport but not much else, though we felt very safe. Excellent pay-by-weight restaurant across the street and a nice little bar/cafe down the block. Price is excellent, staff were very friendly, most spoke some English and were very patient.

Location requires a car-share or taxi ride to get to most places. No pharmacy or grocery in walking distance.

room very small, advertised as 35m2 but in reality 20m2.the shower had a leak and noisy all night, sink evacuation was blocked and toilet flush inefficient (will not give further details as you can imagine )the air con dripped water on bed sheets clean but stainedaccès ramp to garage (30 reas/day) so steep that front of car (higher than most) scrapes the concrete ....I have stayed in most of the hotels in Belem (top and middle of the range) and I cannot recommend the Rede Hangar.
