Ibis Styles Belem Nazare

Location and staff was amazing but unfortunately I had to cancel because the room was not big like the pictures showed. It was a really cramped space so I got a refund and went down the street to a more accommodating hotel that was huge for only 75$ more.

The room is so small. If u are going to stay for 1-2 nights its doable.

I've stayed at a few Ibis properties before and this is pretty par for the course. Budget rooms and experience but got the job done for the two nights I spent in Belém. Pretty central and secure area, Ubers and motos are easily accessible to get around if you don't want to bother walking. Pool was nice for a quick dip before I left for the airport. I worked for a day from the room and the wifi gave me no issues. I thought the price was fair as well. I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel ibis is always good, I'm always happy, the working person, clean, the location is very good and breakfast perfect!!

Excellent staff and facility. The food was good, the room was comfortable.

My only issue had to do with I booked the hotel knowing that I had work meetings. They were doing construction next-door so there was a jackhammer that created noise. If it hadn’t been for that, it would’ve been 100%

Clean and comfortable

The location and there are no taxi’s infront of the hotel. There is less choices voor beeakfast, but luckily the cook fried me an egg.?

Nice rooms

No access to a water fountain, selling plastic is out! The breakfast are is too close to the entrance.

- Comfortable bed- Reliable Aircon- Nice pool area/facilities (simple gym, sauna was closed)- Location food for the Nazaré area with lots of restaurants and cafes, feels safe during the day- Nice book about Belém in the room, which turned out to be useful

- It was in the middle of a reform when we stayed, which meant some ongoing work and activity. This occasionally impacted service as well, but is understandable. - Minor issue but the elevator card reader was terrible and you'd sometimes spend several minutes trying to make it work

the room quality is very bad, you don't have any kind of comfort, the bathroom was dirty.

The breakfst and the location are very good.

I was in a room that had no phone, no hair dryer and the shower had no door so it flooded the whole batthroom. I've asked 3 times to change rooms and the staff didn't do anything about it.

Ibis standard, no more or less. I knew exactly what I would find when I booked.The location is excellent, and you can walk to the Nazaré church.

The staff were super helpful and friendly.Before it was difficult to get internet and they explained the process to me helping me with my other schedule in Brazil too

The bidet broke down at 03:00 AM

Good midclass hotel to explore Belem. Centrally located in safe neighboorhood. Uber takes you anywhere for just about 3 USD. Clean and good beds. Good buffet breakfast. The ham and chees croissants are delicious!

Staff was nice and attentive. Accommodated check in and check out times to fit my flight schedule. Helpful with suggestions and directions. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Nothing fancy, but excellent quality. Hotel location is in a good part of town, close to the historic centre, restaurant, bars and shops.

The power outlet by the desk in my room was not working. Had a clean towel that was old and clearly very used through the years, but was clean.

Very poor reception. They don t answer the phones when I tried to contact them to let them know a friend was coming. For 1 week I called everyday, left msg WhatsApp and no reply. My bedroom had no hot water, no telephone to contact the reception. Went to sleep at 3 am trying to solve the problems with my bedroom after a very long flight. They better be more organize if they are going to receive guests for GOP 30 next year, an international climate event, at least the reception should answer the phone.

Wide variety of breakfast with one special dish each day. The front desk officers speak English and were very helpful for ordering food and arranging taxies. Location is fantastic with stores, restaurants, and shopping malls on walking distance. Would highly recommend.

I was on my own and booked a double room but the room intended for 2 persons is very small especially during longer stays.

Clean, good breakfast, staff was friendly, helpfull and spoke English. Best Ibis Style so far.

The hotel has a contemporary feeling. It also has a nice pool and gym area. The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful compared to other Ibis hotels

The room was tight, but this is common in Ibis hotel. One can walk just around the bed and there is only one office chair. Furthermore, it appeared that there is not a real bar or lounge area to meet with others outside breakfast time.
