Great location, wonderful staff, clean, bright and air-conditioned room. The pool is nice and the room had a small balcony overlooking the Praça de República, where the Sunday market was in full swing.

The rooms are excellent, the hotel is excellent. Very good location. Staff always friendly. I had many stays in this hotel and I keep coming back.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location was a nice one.

The hotel is kind of old. The bathroom was mouldy and the taps didn't open properly. It was kind of wet , too wet, in the bedroom and bathroom. Some of the staff were not so polite. The food in the restaurant could be better. We ordered some sanduíches and the fries were raw. And the crab soup made me sick.

Staff good, food good, breakfast good. Place could do with refurbishing but not bad for the price. Location in the colonial quarter is fantastic. Door lock had splinters and signs of once being forced which wasn’t very comforting. Water pressure not so good in toilet! But for a couple of nights visit to Belém is ok

The room wardrobe did not close properly, some of the electrical plugs not working (quite annoying considering we need multiple e tries for multiples devices nowadays, the bathtub was leaking when shower.

Amazing breakfast with loads of choice. Comfy rooms and good gym facilities. Good location on Main Street not to far from Estacio das Barcas

Always felt safe the instant we arrived on the hotel forecourt.Pool area was spacious and clean. Lots of choice at breakfast.Nice park area opposite in the daytime.Rooms cleaned promptly throughout the day.

Furniture a little dated and dark.Not a criticism of the hotel itself but strongly recommend uber after dark for even short journeys. Uber is unbelievably cheap in Belém!

When we arrived we had a problem with our booking trough booking.com. I reserved 2 rooms for 2 people per room. (Option units, when booking) but the hotel received the booking as 1 room for 1 person. Meaning i had to pay extra for the second person.So be cautious when booking multiple rooms at once. The booking site has a problem when selecting multiple rooms/units. The manager was very kind and helpful the problem was resolved.

The location of the Hotel is ideal. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.There are more English speaking front desk employees.
