- The proximity with the shops. Restaurents, mall, Taxi, buses.
- The staff - from the reception team to the managers and restaurant waiters - were all kind, cheerful, and extremely helpful. They also assisted us with booking taxis and gave us great recommendations on where to find various places in the city.
- Location is convenient for many things. It is not far from the airport and a walkable distance to the ferry terminal. It is surrounded by the urban Tanzanian experience. Breakfast is exceptional.

NA
The central location in Kariakoo made it easy to navigate and explore the city. The facilities were well-kept, the room was sparse but clean; overall was a comfortable place for a quick overnight stay while passing through Dar es Salaam.
We were met at the airport by the hotel staff and the ensured that everything went smooth. We booked 8 rooms and sent them the room allocation before our arrival and the were ready and waiting for us
Closeness to airport and pick-up/drop-off service. Good price/value ratio. Friendly staff. Modern place.
Nothing for this price.
Lovely dinner at the roof top
Road works and congestion around the hotel
The Location, The Stuffs are very friendly. But you can see they have a pressure behind. And they can’t work properly, As someone is there often. This is my View.Thank you
The Breakfast For the money peoples pay it not worth it.And most is Indian Food, you need to offer African Food and lots of Fruits to have choice, for the money we pay.thank you.
The fan
Lack of machine coffee. Broken AC
The location was good, staff were nice and polite epically the lady by the door security
The front desk lady when I did the check in was not friendly I asked her if I can had extra sheet she asked for the reason, I had to come all the way down to asked again
Bad
The receptionist was so uncomfortable, with Unironed and dirty clothes, foul smell in the place. The rooms are poorly ventilated and the place is unsafe.
Friendly staff. Arranged taxi for us. Good value for the money. Near big street market
nothing to report
I like the location
The toilet was not working well. I reported and was promised to fix or change room but until i check out next day, nothing happened! I did not like the view from my room
Location was decent and the staff very friendly and helpful
My room was facing busy street so there was a little bit of noise
Roof terrace with 360’ view
Frosty reception when I arrived. So out of character for Tanzania. Roof terrace made up for the view of a wall and fire escape from my room
Everything was good. The Ladies at the reception did an excellent job ! Room and bathroom are clean and food in the restaurant ( Indian) was very good !
How the guy at the reception ( manager ???) treated the receptiondesk -ladies . Shouting and crying at them, in front of the guests in the lobby .Awful behaviour ! Disgusting
The room comfort and the rooftop views
The dinner at the rooftop ends too early
It was easy for me to connect to the JNCC
Restaurant staff were good receptionist not very good while handling paperwork. They were despising women and kept prioritizing me may be because I was a woman. Left me standing and kept handling the men who came after me. I was really disappointed pointed. Over all ok
SuperbThe hotel staff is very helpful with information and friendlyThey swiftly arranged my airport transferWhen I needed to change rooms, they guided me swiftly.....Very clean rooms with functional items
The menu is more Indian......and has a lot of chilli, the breakfast menu has no variety,it's fully an Indian breakfast.....which does not favor all residents
Food from restaurante
Bed unconfortable , location , and no complementary coffee or tea like everyone else
