Hotel Raha Tower

Good location

Too much noise from the other guests. People listening to news from their phone in the restaurant while burping. It's a known hangout for Indians with a muslim background, so everything is halal and catered to that culture. The water was leaking from the toilet in the room, and reception didn't do anything about it.

When I got to the facility, despite having booked on booking.com, there was no available room. The staff did assist in finding a room to use, in which I noticed there were some cockroaches in the room. I was then moved to another room for the rest of my stay, which also had cockroaches.

Rooms are good but close to the traffic light so mornings can get noisy from honks and horns

The stuff is very helpful, they offer free laundry servides. I enjoyed my stay.

They should work on changing menu and should offer English breakfast .

The location.

Took me 20 minutes to get to the reception. There was a woman security guard kept me a waiting. Asked her where is the reception she told me she don't know she's knew. The room was small and looked old.The bed ? was broken and shaking. The drainage system of the water wasn't working properly . When you shower the water doesn't go through .They don't serve lunch and dinner. Only breakfast. Was a bit challenge for me.

The building is dilapidated, very old equipment, Dirty room and uncomfortable beds. We had to cancel one remaining night and checked out

Staff are not comfortable, Water coming to room from washroom. No room service, no dental kits

the hotel is clean, the room and bed is good, the furniture is little old but as much it was clean i think its good, the staff are very kind and humble, totally i like it, the location is in the city center so you have what you need very easy

I did noyt have hot water for my shower and the room had alot of mosquitoes disturbed my entire sleep

The location in the city centre, they have their own generator when there is no electricity in the city

The hotel is established within 5th floor of the building, other floors are occupied by offices, internet wifi is weak and periodically it is not available.

The hotel’s central location is a big plus, especially for those with appointments at the nearby embassies. My room was clean and pleasantly quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay.

The hotel is showing its age and could benefit from some modernization.

The breakfast was below basic, the location was not good at all.. The hotel is on top of commercial stores and the rooms are nothing like what has been posted. And there was construction on-going when we checked in - this was almost at 5a.m. in the morning.

The man who is both in the restaurant and helping for bringing the baggages was really friendly. The AC in the room was really helpful

The 1st, 2nd floor, the 6th floor, the lift were under construction when I stayed. So I got to carry the baggages in the stairs. Besides the TV and devices in the room didn't work

Hotel staff was very polite and nice, location was good, hotel apartment was big and comfortable.

If the breakfast offer would be bigger , that would be even better.

There was hot water and the bed was comfortable.

Expected me to accept a standard room when I was upgraded to Deluxe on booking.com. No free toiletries as indicated.
