The food was good , the value not same the quality

The booking room wasn’t available when arrived

We stayed for a total of three nights and had a very good experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location. The staff were attentive and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay.One small note: the shower takes a minute or two to warm up before the hot water runs consistently, but after that it works well.The real highlight was the restaurant and bar. Both offered great food, good variety, and excellent service — a big plus to have such a reliable option right on site.Overall, we were very satisfied and would be happy to stay here again.

Breakfast is very good for Tanzanian standards. Spacious and nice location

The service at dinner was very slow although the restaurant was virtually empty and a lot of waiters around

Staff tired their to keep the guests happy but the property is run down.

Rooms and corridors were smelly, carpet stinks and had to change room within 10 mins. This property lost the charm it once used to have pre-covid. No options for breakfast for vegetarians except for fruits, yogurt and juice.

Staff was fantastic. Location was 2 minutes from city center, 2 minutes from harbor, 2 minutes from golf club. Excellent breakfast.

For long stays room should be bigger. But all in all, was good.

This is a good high end city hotel, set in its own grounds, with a pool and all the other amenities you would expect. The room was very comfortable, there was an excellent breakfast. The hotel is well located in a nice part of town and close to the center of the city

The food was okay- not a lot of variety.

Excellent quiet location, conveniently just across Convention centre, 30 min from the international airport. Good-sized rooms, bathrooms have bathtubs, pleasant pool view. Very good service from reception, housekeeping and bar / restaurant.

The staff members are gracious, kind and focus on guest service. The food was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. I appreciated the location near the convention center

I have been asking for my receipt to no avail. The front desk told me they could not print the receipt and I asked for an electronic copy which never came. I have also asked you Booking.com and you have not been helpful. This means the system has a glitch somewhere. If someone pays online please provide a receipt or an invoice. That should be easy isn’t it?

By luck I was put in a corner room under a Heron nesting tree. The birds were incredible

The location, how quiet it was, tje food was good but breakfast was limited and staff were awesome!

Very friendly hospitable staff, especially reception staff. Air-conditioned clean rooms, well designed for their size and a good comfortable mattress. Shower and bath had great water pressure and big flat screen TV with appropriate English news channels. Loved the storks in the tree tops and beautiful clean pool

The aircon in my first room was dripping. Staff happily moved me

The staff were friendly and professional. The room had elegant furniture and was kept very clean. The restaurant was excellent.

The rooms were nice, fairly clean except my room had a funny smell on the first night.

The food was dry, not well seasoned, over priced and the menu did not show case the local cuisines like i expected.

Lovely staff, good food. Safe and convenient location. Good WiFi.
