The general attitude of the staff was good and outgoing, they were friendly and ready to make the clients at ease

Only one unwarranted observation about the dining staff especially one young lady, she seemed to be elsewhere and not paying attention when requested to bring something, ended ip forgetting about the request

The room was clean and the food was good

The internet was low

Close to airport

No water in the morning. Had to get water in bucket from ground floor

All staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager personally took charge arranging special sightseeing tours.

The breakfast buffet was quite limited.

Horrible place pl avoid

Bathrooms are not well designed, open the door and you are in the pot, the room allotted to us was right nxt to a mosque, tired from the over night journey we wanted to sleep and at 4.30 the mosque speakers went off..... The guy sang for an hour and we couldn't sleep.The breakfast was horrible, for any thing you ask they will tell you it's got to be bought from the restaurant next door as a special order.The hotel is in an Industrial area and not recommended for travellers. We stayed for a few hours and checked out asap. Less than 5 hours, paid for a full night for 78 USD plus taxes.

The breakfast was great although the beef should have been boiled or softened adequately.

I did like the tanzanian food especially the way fishes were prepared, and the stuffs were really friendly I did have a wonderful holidays in dar es salaam indeed.

Price was the only good thing abt this hotel

1. Dirty linen2. Cockroaches in the jnr suite3. Power outages without backup for hours at a time4. Dirty floors5. Very aged equipment that's always breaking down6. Bathroom facilities are a nightmare, cold water, dirty shower, dirtier towels and filthy faucets

Appears nice and close to airport

Took surprisingly long to get to in a taxi and the lights didn’t work in my room

The staff were ok

Improve on the furniture of the rooms and positioning of the TV

Their food was unwanting, they had talked of transport of which they didn't show up at the airport for pickup

Hotel advertised it had a spa and jacuzzi but didn’t have one

The hotel is very clean with very cheerful staff. I love the outdoor garden/sit out, spacious parking and classic themed interiors.

Room looked nice

No hot water in the shower :( every night at 20:00 you hear the mosque and the noise stops at 07:00 in the morning, not nice!!!!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, with tasty omelettes. The Manager and all of the staff were wonderful, in particular Philberth, who went the extra mile to help us.

Breakfast was good and with a wide choice. The location of the restaurant is okay.
