Sleep Inn Hotel - Kariakoo

I booked here while looking for a place in town. Honestly, I had an amazing experience at the property. It is around 3 to 4 mins drive away from town (with transport being very easy and convenient to get). The staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness and the rooms were all top notch. The manager even helped me find some good places for dinner. In a nutshell, I would highly recommend it and I will definitely come back.

Great location, walking distance to many market places, downtown, bus stations, even the train station. Also fairly clean.

The Wi-Fi was terribly slow and required a new pass from the front desk every 24 hours. I couldn’t even join a zoom meeting it was so slow, had to use a hotspot off my mobile. Also the restaurant was very mediocre, did not have any alcohol on offer, and the service was very poor. Finally complaint is that the water pressure was not good at all in the shower.

I dddnt like anything. The rooms were dirty. One of the guys who moved me to another room stole 100 dollars from me.

They stole my money in the hotel. I am from Malawi and I will deal with the guy

I am so disappointed. My luggage was given to another client and the saddest but the manager walked off and left me at the reception. The receptionist was helpless.

The receptionists are very good but I lost my luggage and then ager walked off since my check out was after her working hours.

The Bedding were very clean.Water licks all day whole night was so irritating.Breakfast is a song as it's not English as advertised.

Not to include Breakfast in the advert instead sale what they can afford to serve to client's as you can program your options as time is a factor.Payment system at a time of checking out is a problem to this premises.They rely on an individual to say what is or what is not paid. Had to leave the premises without paying and advised them Front Office Lady to let me know of what i owed the Hotel which forced me to incur a cost of paying for a Taxi from the Airport to the premises to settle the amount that was communicated to me via a WhatsApp call which i felt and strongly feel as unprofessional.

Breakfast was excellent

The smell in the bathroom, I even complained at the reception & nothing changed. Rooms were not throughly cleaned and air freshener will also hence the smell in rooms.

The hotel is in a good location convenient for shopping.

The bathroom basin was brown with dirt, bed had was dusty n had black particles and spider webs. Signs that house keeping was not done in a while.

Close proximity to Kariakoo market.

No packed breakfast, though we had to leave very early in the morning.

It is ok but they have improve .. I gave them a list with 24 points for improvisation. They assured me that they will consider my observations & implement.

Catering and reception staff are very polite n helpful

The bathroom wasn’t neatAnd the bed wasn’t comfortable

The Breakfast was ok ok, The Location was the only advantage and it was pretty near to my business purposes.

The rooms lacked towels, Toilet Slippers, toiletries, Drinking water, even the blanket and the bed were like not to the standards of sleep inn.The Staff too were like sleep walking

Location is safe and the hotel is clean. i was on business trip and they serve breakfast late. Should be ready by 7amI Am back to the same place for one week

My check in was very personable. I felt welcomed.

The restaurant needs improvement. Limited menu and got what I didn't order. Disappointed in dinner experience.
