The staff meet and exceed customer's expectations. The hotel is super clean. I love the location.

The towels are worn out needs a change.

The hotel is nice, new (in a city with many old buildings) and a good value for the money. The location is quite far from the center, I had not realized it in advance but the neighborhood is considered a safe one, I just took a 20 min uber back and forth. There is a nice cafe right in front. The staff was amazing during my entire stay. I forgot a credit card inside the safe after check out and the manager took it upon himself to send it to my next hotel via boat through a friend without charging me anything. So I had it in 24 hrs. Not many people would do this.

Location is great. The beach front was incredible. The view is amazing. Great therapy for the soul.

Breakfast was ridiculous. It’s not even worth the time and effort. Some stuff members were very mean and rude. And they spoiled the rest, who were otherwise wonderful people doing their best to give great service to guests.

Accommodation is beautiful and clean!!!!

Unfortunately, almost immediately after checking out someone from the hotel messaged me on WhatsApp with a link to confirm my credit card information to scam money from me. The requester posed as the administrator of the hotel who knew all of the details about my stay - meaning this is someone from inside of the hotel.

Comfortable spacious and homely rooms

It was clean and looks exactly as described. The receptionist were so friendly and the room service as well.

Everything was on point.

Very modern and clean. On issue I had was the sink didn’t drain well.

The pool on the roof is beautiful!

We ordered a taxi to the airport through the hotel. The driver tried to charge us more than double the rate and the hotel did not take action. Be very careful. Damaged an otherwise great stay

Good hotel and location cos it was not far from the hospital I went for treatment.

I didn't like the unprofessional staff at the reception. I paid for the room before checking in, and when one of my family members came to see me, paid again for the room which I had already paid for. Since 31st March I have been requesting a refund, but till now they haven't refunded me. This is so unprofessional!

What I like about this property is that it doesn’t follow the local service standards so you can have accessibility to very good facilities. Great breakfast very clean. I have sit in many hotels in Dar and this is definitely the only one that I would say it didn’t disappoint.

There were flies everywhere in the restaurant area downstairs and it was disgusting trying to eat with clients and we were swarmed by flies, this gives off that you are dirty, needs workThe gym needs a bench that you can move freely and change back angles, this is basics for a gym not sure why you don’t have one.The WiFi was horrible, it kept cutting out and was difficult to get work meetings done

Absolut perfect Hotel ! Everything was great ! Rooftop pool with Cabanas was the highlight ! Deluxe suit room modern and fresh, lot’s of space with living room, kitchen and sleeping room.Great breakfast !

Hotel staff, reception is very welcoming the staff at the bar are super noce and always willing to help, my waiter was exceptional forgot his name but needs a raise he walked us to the rooftop walked us to the terrace area just to accompany us, he served us our delicious meal and drinks, i forgot his name but seems abit older and short. 5 star service

The room is spacious and comfortable the hotel is nice and clean

Very unhappy with the way in which I was treated by the hotel management - I even followed up when I returned to London

It smelt like sewage in the bathroom. I asked for a partial refund and the manager apologised for the smell but didn’t offer any compensation

The breakfast was terrible for $150 / night hotel ( a 4 star ) the design & style was minimalist nothing exquisite tv wires hanging allover the place

Staff are friendly, flexible and responsive, however, check in and out process extremely slow. In the future, inform guests that require tax invoice of the provision to pay additional taxes at the property.
