Good facilities and amenities with a spacious room.

The sheets in our room were dirty, as if they had not been washed properly and there were multiple blood stains on the sheets.

Good location. Friendly staff. First stay I had a city facing room, but the AC was not responding to the remote. Second stay I had a building facing room, but the AC in the second day room worked well. They were reachable and extremely responsive on WhatsApp.

The water in the shower got cold after a couple of minutes. Balcony facing the city was better than the balcony facing the building adjacent to the room. City tax could have been mentioned in the conversations leading up to the booking. The WiFi in the lobby area was much slower than in the floors with the rooms, but they summoned a cab for me.

Beautiful hotel. Big rooms. Large balcony facing the sea. Comfortable beds. Hot shower, good wifi.. They have room service and a nice restaurant and pool with a bar

The housekeeper stole money out of my purse.Keep your valuables locked up and if they clean while you are there. Keep your valuables with you.. The worst thing that can happen is to be unsafe in a hotel you paid to be safe and comfortable.

I liked everything about Kingjada, from the warm welcome from the receptionists, the food, cleanness of the place and the well kept rooms.

The bathroom sink is poorly designed - it shoots out water if you aren't careful.

The hotel rooms and hallways are exceptionally huge. The elevators spacious, bathroom very impressive.

Safety and Security compromise

Somebody walked in my room while i was asleep and unfortunately for them they left with my room key card when i woke up the card was gone so there were no lights in the room thats how i knew, when i contacted receptionist they didnt even bother to find out what happened they just gave me another key card.I will report this to the police for their actions. I dont understand why they would do such a thing it is sooooo unsafe

Small door exiting to the balcony requires blind folds! However they are working on it!

The restaurant wait staff was superb and friendly

There were no wash cloths and every time you left the hotel you would have to reactivate your room key

I was only there for one night but the welcoming was amazing I absolutely loved the receptionist (I am not sure but am told he is called Johnson ) and bellboy who checked us in they always had a smile on their face, the gym was well equipped clean and their trainer was amazing , the restaurant was beautiful breakfast with a lot of variety the staff were helpful. Our stay was AMAZING

When checking out they didn’t assist with luggage there was one light skinned lady she didn’t greet us my friend had to great her first, even outside the door the security didn’t say hi to us which was completely different from when we checked in ,

The hotel atmosphere was good the room was as per described and bed very comfortable and clean

Staff were not proactive, had to call them several time.....the Door access cards were always jamming cause us to go to reception most of the time to change cards...The food we ordered took soo much time than agreed we had to go out from our bedroom to the restaurant and yet they made us wait for long tooo

You can view the ocean directly through balcony, blue sky and ocean would fresh your mind .

The pressure of shower ? is too little on 12th floor.

3. Room service is very very bad and no one answers or responds4. restaurant is average - indian/chinese are poor ( as per my taste) but Swahili is good
