Hotel facilities were good. Room was spacious

The staff at the was non-responsive. Breakfast was not fresh

The room and lobby were clean and the room itself was comfortable.

It was difficult to get wifi service for our room.

No ATM shower hot and cold didn't work properly

The water in the bathroom was literally dirty brown.Breakfast was cold for the 5 days that I spent there .The Female egg station chef Elma was very rude never pays attention and behaves as if she’s doing you a favor.The reception staff and security were helpful and friendly and so were the room service waiters .Not worth the money

We had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Resort. One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast, which offered a good variety and was well prepared. The swimming pool is large, clean, and perfect for relaxing or spending time with family.However, the resort could be improved by offering more entertainment and activities for guests, especially in the evenings or for families with children. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with great facilities, but adding more activities would make the experience even better.

Staff was excellent and very attentive as we enjoyed the pool all day. Food good was delicious!

Not enough pool loungers or shade umbrellas for the busy weekend.

Shower water pressure or shower head can be serviced. Not working 100percent. Plug for basin not available. However small things that can be rectified. The rest was great.

My room facing the ocean...It was beautiful view. My sister and i loved it.. The swimming pool was amazingly big and clean. I saw there were conference rooms- Friend4ever club, this is a great place to hold our next AGM as we relax.

They don’t have the capacity to handle all the guests when full . Breakfast is very monotonous and no variety also not very tasty

I did not like the dishonesty, they did not charge me the booking.com price. They gave me their own unofficial rate, very unprofessional.

- The room doesn’t have a good value of money I paid, there is nothing extraordinary- There was leakage from the AC in the room- The fruits provided in the room were all unripe and bitter- TV was not of good standard for a 300$ room- The shower drainage takes forever to drain the water when showering - The bedsheets and pillow case texture was rough

The location

The room was dirty with insects in the curtains and on the floor. We couldn’t use the balcony which was full of bugs on the floor and bird feces on the chairs. We also find flying cockroaches coming out of the AC in the room and in the bathroom + the bathtub was dirty… We checked in late and tired and honestly once I wake up I just wanted to leave the hotel.

Everything was very nice. There were a couple events one evening. The music was loud but that was only from 6:00 to 8:00. The hotel notified guest and apologized for the inconvenience.
