The location. It's very close to the airport.

The staff was very unresponsive, and the lady tried to scam me for the currency exchange rate. The other assitant kept coming and knocking in my room acting as if the previous guest had forgotten items, there was no towels, no hot water,

limited breakfast, prepared in a rush

air conditioning and power to the room was turned off at 6am as if they wanted to force you out of the room. It went off just as the sun was rising and with translucent curtains on the windows the room turned unbearably hot. No hot water

Much better than some reviews suggested. Convenient for the airport, staff friendly and helpful, good food cooked to order. Comfortable enough. Free pick up from airport was a bonus.

Location seems a bit rough, ok if brought in by taxi but you wouldn't go out for a walk at night!

It was terrible more like an abandon guest house that they call hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable.The staff.( No customer service, some workers were sleeping at the reception drunk, they dont have unifomand walk bare foot)The whole room.The lights where LED (Blue) too bright that we couldnt sleep from the reflection outside.There was a trash bag on the balcony.The bed sheet were dirty.Theres no Elevator.The Tv wasnt pluged and broken,left ontop of a table.

The location is not what is expected; it's a rough road in a neighbourhood off the highway. There are no amenities around and the restaurant closes early. The breakfast was not continental as advertised

A lot; the beddings seemed old, the showers had no curtains, there was no functional TV in the room, there were no slippers provided. It was disappointing to say the least

Very large bed, comfortable and rather quiet.Friendly receptionist.

A little awkward to get to, roadworks and was a bit tucked way so it meant it was a little tricky.Room had a leaking toilet and sink.Breakfast was a little lateer than advertised, which was a minor nuisance as we had a time deadline.

The staff was quite friendly and the meal was delicious. The hotel is in proximity to the Airport which is quite convenient.

The bathrooms don't have a proper drainage system. It's unhygienic they can do better. The bed sheets were torn not befitting a hotel standard. They can improve. We need value for money.

It was a good hotel & good friendly staff.

Access to the hotel difficult. Road constructions are bit too much and not fault on the hotel itself.

Not advisable for staying.

There isn’t hot water in the room, as well not shampoo and other things. They put only 1 towel for the double room. Moreover the phone was not working. Even though we informed early check out because of our flight they didn’t give us breakfast packages as boxes. The way of the hotel was so poor and bad to reach.

The hotel is just few minutes driving from the airport. The staff allowed me to check-in a bit earlier because my flight arrived in the morning. A special appreciation to the hotel manager and her stuff who during my stay were very helpful. The hotel rooms were clean and furnished with air conditioning. I enjoyed the view of the airport on the balcony. Breakfast was simple but enough for start!

Location was good as it was near the aiport however the load was poor therefore accessibility was a challenge

Shuttle was good pickup is free , but return we paid !The bagage guy was nice Driver nice also The hotel is really near the airport, so it is good and very cheap just to sleep over for transit !

The RECEPTION MUST INFORM that the shuttle for return is NOT FREE! We thought shuttle pick up and return is for free…

Value for money. The property is fairly good and the staff were welcoming.

The break fast was not impressive.

The airport pick up and drop off is a necessity, balcony was a nice feature for smoking.

The facilities seemed unfinished and poorly designed, water from the shower would flood the entire bathroom. There were problems with the card payment terminal and property tried to charge me for no-show.

Secure, cheep, close to airport, secure!
