- The hotel was experiencing a sewage leak and the smell outside was terrible. The 8nside of the hotel smelled strongly of mold in the lobby and elevators and public areas of the third floor. No mold was seen but the smell made its presence obvious. T
- Location was not off the main road - a bit of a walk in. A challenge as we were travelling with a senior.

Staff was friendly.

Its Located in heart of Zanzibar Stone Town accessible and perfect rooms for the most desired holiday.
Its not with an attached beach front like Hyatt or Tembo near by.
