This hotel was clean, comfortable and has food on site. If we end up in Recife again, this is where I would stay.

Good location, nice and attentive reception staff.

The snacks for sale in the room are unhealthy junk, like cookies and kit-kats. There is not coffee or tea maker in the room. They hotel is a bit greedy with the bottled water.

The gym and the swimming pool were very good, the room was large and comfortable.

Two small bottles of water from the minibar (it is hot in Recife) were surprisingly charged 120 Real an inappropriate price in Brazil especially when prices are not explicitly exposed in the room

Noisy AC in the room. Since we had a low floor room the view was on a parking.

Ok hotel for a short stay in Recife. It’s very clean, beds are comfortable and there is a pool and gym on top which is nice. Breakfast had a good selection.

The price per what you get is ok-ish, but we stayed there in a long trip and the value for money was not very good.

This is the only hotel I can stay in Recife. There is really a lack of good hotels in the city. But Bugan is really well located and provides the good facilities to travel.

The pool and sauna on the upper floor were very nice. The pool’s length was great for swimming laps. The staff was very helpful and the bed was big. The French bread for breakfast was great.

The towels were kind of rough, the pillows could be more comfortable and, although the breakfast buffet was good, the coffee wasn’t.

Everything was nice. Excellent ratio price/quality, the swimming pool and the gym were really enjoyable, the staff was nice as well, polite and helpful, and the bedroom was nice as well

Modern and kept very well compared to other hotels in the city. Very good value.

It might be a city issue but hot water for showering was inconsistent.

The property felt really premium for a 4 star hotel. The rooms were really nice and felt luxurious. The breakfast did not have a lot of options but everything was high quality. The check in was really fast (the faster I had in Brazil in a long time). The internet worked very well and was sufficiently fast. The room service was super fast both for some new towels as well as for our food order.

They have placed us in the first floor next to a garage where there was some constant machine working. It did not bother us too much but it would have been nicer to be in a better room especially as the hotel was not all that full.

The cleanness of the hotel, there were used dishes all around the place, in the pool, the hallways, etc. The pool was a little bit dirty too.
