Organization and cleanliness.

The noise outside was so loud. In my room the wifi did not work. Check-in took too long

Very comfortable bed and clean. The surrounding is not very nice.

I love Ibis always stay here when I'm in Brasil.

Wifi was pathetically weak. Couldn't get work done. Ended up checking out after 2 days for another hotel. Same thing happened 2 months ago at another Ibis (in Belem). For business travelers wifi access is important, Ibis seriously needs to step up it's game here!

The personnel is very kind and super helpful. They give you great advice on where to eat and know reliable taxi drivers for excursions. The common area is cosy and comfortable. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices. They let me do a late check out till 2h30 pm at no charge.

The rooms are extremely basic. No water, no kettle to make tea or coffee. The shower is rudimentary.

The room was nice and clean.

The staff is stiff and that doesn't help you feel like you're at the beach neighbourhood. It's two streets behind the beachfront and the area feels unsafe if you plan to walk anywhere from their entrance.

Standard. Clean rooms, good location.

The hotel doesn’t have a good laundry service. I needed to get out early in the morning and came back late. If you need to wash your shirts you just cannot.

Would be better, even for a Ibis.

I have to thank to all personnel responsible for the cleanliness and breakfast. They all were helpful and respectful. I would like to mention the attendant Lucas who served us with great attention.The meal and breakfast were great

The parking could be free for guests.

The temperature of the room was so cold. I could not control it , because it was central controlled. Some leak of water from the upper floor room. some TV channel did not appear.

The second day the staff was better and Luka and ester spoke excellent English.

The check in was painfully slow. The receptionist did not want to respect the booking price. I had to show him the price on my booking. I really didn't like that. Also the gluten free request was not met, that pissed me off as I requested it many times. The area is good.

Great Brazilian style breakfast, nice room, comfortable bed, everything was clean.

The lighting was a bit funny, but one can get used to it. Not a huge problem at all.

The check in has taken longer than usual (about 2 hours). we dropped our luggage in the lobby and went to have dinner around.

Great shower, great bathroom, accessible price, good Restaurant, excellent wifi, great TV connectivity.

Mattress was not firm, no room service.

Mattress, bedding and towels were in great condition. They had the usage date on them, so you know the sheets/towels are not old. All of the staff was very professional and helpful. Good COVID-19 protocols. Clean, comfortable and safe room. Very Good breakfast buffet! I would stay again.

The food menu was 1) lacking in diversity of selections. Prices were very high for average food. Prices appeared to be even higher than the popular local restaurants.
