The pool on the top floor, with a little mini-gym. The rooms were good, beds very comfortable. The bathroom is also good, and the staff attentive. The breakfast buffet is GREAT. Location is good, convenient to beach and buses to Olinda and Recife Antigo.

The barman serving the complementary drink on the first night. Very little interest and little enthusiasm in doing a good job. The pool person was also a little rough.

Terrible experience. The only good thing was the location. The staff when we arrived was so rude. The room had no a/c, smelled awful, and was extremely dirty.

The question is what did I like. The location was the only good thing.

All employees are pleasant and professional.

Lots of people asking for money and food on the sidewalks and on the beach and the streets are very dirty.

Our professional beach volleyball ball disappeared at the spa area and it couldn't be located by the staff

On the bright side, the cleaning lady was incredibly kind and helpful. She made us feel welcome, unlike the front desk staff.

The hotel’s location was excellent, but our experience was overshadowed by slow check-in (over 30 minutes) and a room key that didn’t work. We had to go to the lobby multiple times to get it fixed. The front desk staff, especially the young lady with glasses, was unfriendly and didn’t provide any basic information about breakfast or amenities.

It is a great hotel for a few days in the city. It is near the beach and several great restaurants. The staff is very attentive and nice. Also a special bonus for the breakfast.

The rooms facing the street can be a bit loud on the weekends, but they gave good blackout curtains.

Prefect oasis in a busy carnival time in Recife .Super friendly staff from start to finish .Matthew and his excellent English and winning smile made our stay much more enjoyable with his recommendations and advice .Rooms and beds clean and comfortable , breakfast enormous and varied .I’m not sure Recife is really a ‘walkable city ‘ but this is steps from the beach and easy and cheap taxi fares to town and Olinda .

Good location, friendly staff, good quality breakfast.

Great location, breakfast with many healthy option ( loved it) even fresh juices (from the fruit not industrialized). Some of the staff are very polite and friendly.

The room wasn’t very clean, lots of long dark hairs on the bathroom and bedroom, some dust behind the doors. And the pool was not sanitized/ shocked, you could see how cloudy it was.

The shower was cold, the bathroom did not smell good. Breakfast was packed with people.

Such a lovely stay! We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the hotel kindly gave every guest a complimentary bottle of champagne and glasses! Was such a nice touch! They also let us check out 1 out late at no extra cost

It was very good value and met our needs well. The breakfast is fantastic and the location is quick to get to the airport.

The rooms are a little dated but not surprisingly so given the very reasonable price.

Very dirty room, dirty linen, dirty towels. Awful service, our room didn’t had any cleaning even with us asking for it the whole day

The staff were really friendly and nice

The accommodation rooms wasn’t clean and i had an issue with the air conditioning from my room and i called the receptionist she said she would send someone and never sent, i tried to ring the reception 7 times and no one picked the phone
