The staff was extremely helpful and willing to help//Very decent//Area is very quiet even though the avenue in front was pretty busy//It has a grocery right on the corner//It was central to the business I had to attend//Had hot water (not that I used it!)

My room was all the way on the second floor. What killed was carrying my luggage through the set of stairs. They should have a dummy elevator or something like that. Also there were a couple mosquito in the room.

Room and bathroom extremely small. Dinner at restaurant was NOT good

Proximity to American Consulate was great!

The food at the restaurant was below par. Both for dinner and breakfast both.

Bedroom very small, didn’t feel clean. Old AC, TV wasn’t working well as well. Didn’t like.

The only points to improve are the WIFI connection that was very weak!

The only reason I picked this hotel is its location close to the American consulate.The breakfast is okay, and the room service is convenient.The staff is cordial and helpful.

The rooms are smaller than the pictures on the website. The bathroom doesn't look clean, and the doors have dirty marks. The building's acoustics are bad. The price is expensive for this level of accommodation.

It was located near to where I needed to be for appointments. And the staff were nice, helpful and friendly.

The bedroom was tiny, could hardly turn around in the room, the toilet seat was broken and really difficult to dry yourself in the tiny bathroom.

Within expectations for a bed and breakfast, it met my needs, very clean, friendly and kind staff. Very good breakfast.

We arrived late in the afternoon, and the room had quite a few mosquitoes. The room's acoustics were not good, as it was on the ground floor near the breakfast area; I started hearing people talking from 4 in the morning.

the rooms were not sound proof. my room was in a passage hence I could hear the TV in the room next door and people arriving at all times to enter their rooms.The room had no closet space.They had no city maps at reception.

The breakfast was really good! So is the bed, tho it is kinda small. There is a supermarket around the corner and the area seems friendly (as we didn't like the rest of Recife)

The small room is indeed very small. I think the bed is a maximum of 1.40x1.90 so not really for tall people. Also the rooms are quite noisy.

Internet connection is really bad

The place is near the American consulate, which makes it easier for those who are willing to get their visa. Besides, most employees were friendly.

It wasn’t clean enough. I found hair in the bathroom and on the bed, below the pillows. The bathroom was too small and it smelled like bleach. The TV remote didn’t work properly, which took me too long to change channels, turn it up and down and turn it off. There is a desk and two chairs in the room, but the lighting in this part of the room is terrible. So, if you have to work from the hotel with your webcam on, don’t count on your image being very good. Also, the Wi-Fi got unstable at times, which made me lose my connection. Finally, the outlet in front of the bed wasn’t working and there wasn’t a trash can for the room; there was one just for the bathroom. Plus, the breakfast lacked options and the products they use are of low quality, especially their coffee ?.

The rooms are so small.

You get a room for a reasonable amount.

It was a very small room, a bit difficult to move around especially when you are 2 people.

Few ok options for breakfast. Basic room. Ok for 1 or 2 nights. Position ok but took uber to get to city centre safely.

No daily cleaning service or change of towel.Very loud with doors slamming to get them closed.

The room was extremely small, too much noise and the breakfast very poor and only until 09:00!
