Hotel Enseada Boa Viagem

Its proximity to the airport is the reason I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Recite, Brazil. Good value for your money.

The rooms are kinda small, and sometimes noisy at night from activities across the city. However, this would not necessarily stop me from booking a room in the future in this hotel.

I’ve stayed in this hotel before, and I know what I get for my money.Small rooms, but well designed. They count with a small closet to hang your ironed garments, this is important for me. There’s also a small fridge for your convenience. I would stay here again, as I’ve stayed before.

The breakfast is very basic, but ok.

The young boy that was at reception in the night was a bit rude ask me for my documents so l shows him my email with all my details on then he ask documents again than he tell me passport he should have said he needed my passport as documents. Had to ask for my receipt in the morning l pay in full in the night but did not get my receipt till the morning which I had to asked for

Clean, quiet, small room, but with the necessary stuff to make my stay pleasant.

Location, isn’t as close to the beach as I would have wished. Breakfast was poor and the fruit juices didn’t taste fresh, but fermented, as if they were old.

The room and facilities were good.

The staff was very unhelpful. My check-in was supposed to be 2pm but I had to wait until 3:30pm for the room. Also they didn't let me store my luggage after checkout.

Smooth check-in and checkout thanks to the 24-hour front desk. Apart from the breakfast, the hotel also provides meals throughout the day with very affordable prices. Very good location near the beach and open air market.

The room could be a bit cleaner and better taken care of, as previous clients have obviously used the walls as a handkerchief...

There exists practically no acoustic isolation, you hear absolutely everything. The street is noisy too.

Room wasn’t very clean and the washroom was disgusting. It need a lot of improvement as there were molds everywhere.

The parking area was great for vehicle security

key card didn't turn on power, had to jimmy rig it to work. air conditioner remote batteries didn't work and remote barely worked you adjust temp, indicator light was so bright it light up the whole room while sleeping. bed was very hard and covered with plastic so it was loud and hot and very uncomfortable. pillows flat and hard. shower head had mold/rust on it. mold everywhere in shower area. toilet seat fell off. tv was 20" big. triple person room was size of a single room.triple room but only 2 charging outlets, had to unplug light to charge third phone. Breakfast buffet was very minimal and underwhelming.

Protein served on breakfast was pretty poor, reception staff was nice but very limited to help and I didn’t quite understand why .No bottled water in the room ,and hadTo go down for everything,looks like they don’t offer any room service.

Rooms are extremely small !!Por protein for breakfast.

Value for money

The location is fantastic: just one block from a very busy avenue, but in a silent and slow road. Very convenient breakfast. I was impressed by the care this hotel takes with health in times of Covid-19.
